Loud washer

The rubber around the lint area has already detached. It should have been secured better.

The repair had to be done by GE Factory Repair. My name is Charles. Raymond is my middle name which I never use. I was told that was corrected.

The washer wouldn't drain. Best Buy exchanged it, however I had to wait another week for a delivery appt. The exchanged unit had a bad dryer motor. Another exchange. The 3rd unit now, the washer stopped working after 2 weeks. Best Buy won't help me, they referred me to the manufacturer. 8 weeks trying to do laundry but unsuccessful.
