Support came one week following to repair, but was not able to complete. Another week later support came again, and repair was made. From purchase to actually using the washer/dryer was over two weeks. No offer to offset cost of product for inconvenience, time off work for three days total. This was upsettting and has been communicated, but without any response/resolve.

Posted .Hi there - We're so sorry that your dryer isn't making an end-of-cycle signal when it's finished. This model does have a chime that will sound at the end of the dry cycle, so if it's not, there could be something wrong. We recommend scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your laundry center. You can schedule service online through our website or by calling 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET or Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. ||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Those who rate 5 stars must use super scented detergent that masks the smell of dirty laundry because this machine doesn't clean. It goes by weight, so if you add something that's light but super absorbent you'll have ZERO water in the machine. I always need to manually add more water with a bucket. The machine apparently uses less water. That's fine. A lot of front loading HE machines do that, but the cycles are 2-3 hours long. That's why it cleans even with less water, but the longest cycles in this is still just about 20-30 min. Little water and short cycles don't mix. I don't care about the noise, which is loud, but I can shut the laundry room door. The fact that it doesn't wash (its primary purpose) makes this a 1 star machine.
