the washing machine that was delivered shakes almost uncontrably..we contacted the store where the machine was ordered and they said they would get back to us with a replacement..so far, after 4 days, no one has contacted us to replace the machine..we have to leave the house if we use the machine because the noise is so loud..please respond quickly..i am writing a review on the installation on which the service was not only terrible but the installers damaged the adjacent wall..jeff simmons

We initially bought this only because it fits our space and it has vented dryer. Used it for about a week and it ruined so many of our clothes. I'm not talking about anything delicate, just my regular collared golf shirts and regular t-shirts they are all ruined. The machine is always very loud. We ended up returning it and got ourselves the Samsung - 2.2 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle High-Efficiency Steam Front-Loading unit. Even though it is ventless and it does take a long time to dry clothes, it is well worth it. The machine is very quiet (there were times I had to check if it is working because I'm not used to washing machine being so quiet) and it doesn't ruin our clothes.

The staff at Best Buy in Jacksonville, North Carolina made my in-store shopping easy. Even when I asked for a military discount, they processed the paperwork on the spot which again made shopping enjoyable and hassle free

Good size for regular size load and fits in small space

Obviously it doesn’t hold as much laundry as I’d like but size was very limited. This set works perfectly.

I purchased this item for an investment property. Dryer works extremely fast. It’s perfect and my tenants are happy. I did the install with Best Buy as well. The team was timely and professional. 10 out of 10

The install was “ok”. Delivery/install guys were nice enough,… but they said they had so many other delivery/installs to do (that day), they couldn’t spend an extra few minutes on what I needed. They didn’t install the dryer vent. I did. It was kind of tricky in a small space but all the parts were there. It was indicative of how workers are pushed too hard and customer service suffers.

We have a small space so this was the only one that would work. It does it’s job just a little small.

The gentleman that delivered the unit were professional and very helpful. We’ve only used the washer and dryer three or four times. So far, no issues!
