However the first machine that was delivered was defective and flooded my laundry closet and the units laundry closet below me. Not to mention even though Best Buy offers free installation as a service to customers they failed twice to follow through with installation and provided excuses why they could not install. This caused me to have to hire a plumber. This will be the last time I buy a major appliance from Best Buy.

Quiet and efficient

The rubber around the lint area has already detached. It should have been secured better.

The washer wouldn't drain. Best Buy exchanged it, however I had to wait another week for a delivery appt. The exchanged unit had a bad dryer motor. Another exchange. The 3rd unit now, the washer stopped working after 2 weeks. Best Buy won't help me, they referred me to the manufacturer. 8 weeks trying to do laundry but unsuccessful.
