Gets the job done and fits perfectly into my closet!

Great for my 2 bedroom condo. Love that it fit into my smaller space, washer is stable during spin cycle

This product so far has been fine, but the customer service from Best Buy has been obscenely bad. Installers cracked my drip pan and busted up a door frame. Biggest issue was we paid for haul away of old machine and installers said it was not possible. We obviously got them up the stairs so it is certainly possible (given not easy but thats why we paid to have it done). About 20 calls and chats with Best Buy support and supposedly a tier three person will be coming out to haul away the old machine. Some of the support people said they would install the new drip pan I bought and some say its not possible and requires a plumber (it does not)- so I have no idea what will happen with that. I purchased from Best Buy solely because of a 150 dollar gift card promotion (which I still have not gotten and no one has been able to explain) which was a huge mistake. Unless you are doing the install and removal of old unit yourself buy it somewhere else. The contradicting information coming from different customer service people would be comical if I wasn't the one dealing with it.

A well built product that does the job! I have a had a few of these, and have no complaints.

Noisy. Potentially improperly installed. (Seems unbalanced). Can’t get Geek Squad on the phone.

This 24 inch stacked dryer, washer is great as it cleans, spins almost dry and dries with eady to empty lint catcher in the door. I had one for 15 years, hope this one lasts as long. The energy savings is an added bonus. The service men who installed it were professional, courteous and very NEAT. A great product delivered and installed with outstanding service.

The washer/dryer works well and is easy to use. Much better than my old one.

Obviously it doesn’t hold as much laundry as I’d like but size was very limited. This set works perfectly.

the washing machine that was delivered shakes almost uncontrably..we contacted the store where the machine was ordered and they said they would get back to us with a replacement..so far, after 4 days, no one has contacted us to replace the machine..we have to leave the house if we use the machine because the noise is so loud..please respond quickly..i am writing a review on the installation on which the service was not only terrible but the installers damaged the adjacent wall..jeff simmons

So far I am very happy with this model. The agitator is now flush with the bottom of the tub which makes it harder for small items to get caught underneath. It also automatically detects the size of the load and fills to the appropriate level and allows for this to be overridden by choosing bulky.

This is a great set, fits in small areas and works like any other big machines
