Delivery/install guys were nice enough,… but they said they had so many other delivery/installs to do (that day), they couldn’t spend an extra few minutes on what I needed. They didn’t install the dryer vent. I did. It was kind of tricky in a small space but all the parts were there. It was indicative of how workers are pushed too hard and customer service suffers.

The agitator is now flush with the bottom of the tub which makes it harder for small items to get caught underneath. It also automatically detects the size of the load and fills to the appropriate level and allows for this to be overridden by choosing bulky.

I had been looking for a brand new one for awhile now and could not find one on sale. This was a brand new out of the box--that I got for $300 less than one that was in a box! Not a scratch or dent on it and I am happy with the purchase!
