The installation was a problem as I need a side vent installation. It is not clear how to even order it online. I have to reschedule twice and finally got it install at the 3rd visit. Also side vent installation costs more

It ruin your clothes

Used it for about a week and it ruined so many of our clothes. I'm not talking about anything delicate, just my regular collared golf shirts and regular t-shirts they are all ruined. The machine is always very loud. We ended up returning it and got ourselves the Samsung - 2.2 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle High-Efficiency Steam Front-Loading unit. Even though it is ventless and it does take a long time to dry clothes, it is well worth it. The machine is very quiet (there were times I had to check if it is working because I'm not used to washing machine being so quiet) and it doesn't ruin our clothes.

Even when I asked for a military discount, they processed the paperwork on the spot which again made shopping enjoyable and hassle free

Delivery/install guys were nice enough,… but they said they had so many other delivery/installs to do (that day), they couldn’t spend an extra few minutes on what I needed. They didn’t install the dryer vent. I did. It was kind of tricky in a small space but all the parts were there. It was indicative of how workers are pushed too hard and customer service suffers.

I'm looking for another stackable Washer/Dryer and another store. Best Buy did not give us a Best Buy!
