Ordered for one of our properties that we manage. Had to be stackable due to size. So far, so good.

Thanks for this beautiful product! The safety lock feature is important. The manual guide helps with new ideas and maintaining the appliance.

Our older larger combo unit finally died. We realized we didn’t need a larger combo so we just downsized. Very happy with this unit it’s quieter than our old one. It spins your clothes almost dry so less drying time. I recommend this unit.

However, this unit has multiple issue where the quality is not worth the money. The dryer latch is so tight, you have to force And slam the door shut, which Frequently causes fuses to become loose on the electrical panel. So you have to call GE technician out to repair. Luckily I am still in the one year warranty period. The plastic lint catcher is poorly designed and I am always cautious cleaning it because I may cut my finger. The compatibility with Alexa or Google is a joke. Unfortunately this model was not available to preview in store. I read reviews which were mixed, but needed this particular item because my condo has limited space. Wish I would have went with a different brand and paid a little more. I hate having wet clothes sit!

Wonderful set. Just what I was looking for. A great set.

This washer/dryer set has been a nightmare. After many issues with delivery from Best Buy, the actual set was replaced once and I’ve had one maintenance call on it already one month after purchase. I’m writing this review as I have unplugged the unit at least a half a dozen times because the washer just gets stuck and won’t cycle through. I will be returning this unit for a full refund.

Moved to a condo & because of limited space I needed a stackable washer/dryer. This does a good job washing & drying my clothes.

It delivers what it promises. Good and Compact machine

First unit came and dryer wasn’t working and install team left without verifying; they had to come back and I stall a new unit. We’ll see how long it lasts. I’m more upset with the rude delivery team than the unit itself.

This an all of the items I have ordered from Best Buy so far have exceeded normal expectations of any normal consumer in my opinion. Great job you guys.

This unit was for a rental property that I manage. The tenant was very happy to get a new unit. So far, he has no complaints so it's a good sign!

I've only owned the unit 6 months and have had non stop issues with the washer which is finally being replaced, but has caused me nothing but a headache. We'll see how the replacement goes..

good time on the delivery , drivers was on time and very helpful

The first GE washer I bought didn't have a functioning spin cycle and the clothing was left sopping wet. Best Buy exchanged it and the second one they brought the lid would not lock and so it would not run a wash cycle. I returned it as well. To install it initially, I had to hire workers to cut a hole in my house for the vent, change the electrical outlet, and make other adjustments so it could be installed. It cost me about $700 in labor. And I have no washer/dryer. Best Buy was great to work with, but will avoid this unit.

This unit replaced the one we had and it fit nicely and is working well. Hopefully it will continue to do so
