We’ll see how long it lasts. I’m more upset with the rude delivery team than the unit itself.

After many issues with delivery from Best Buy, the actual set was replaced once and I’ve had one maintenance call on it already one month after purchase. I’m writing this review as I have unplugged the unit at least a half a dozen times because the washer just gets stuck and won’t cycle through. I will be returning this unit for a full refund.

Missed the 1st day (7/11) so told me you'll put me top priority on the following Monday (7/14). NO SHOW AND NO CALL. I had to reschedule delivery for the 1st available which is today (7/18). Delivery guy called to say they are 5-10 minutes away and that was 1.5 hours ago. And again, NO SHOW AND NO CALL. I tried calling them back at that number and NOBODY ANSWERS! AGAIN! Called Best Buy store for help and on hold for the last 15 minutes.

Two Washer/Dryer Units in a Row Did Not Work

Best Buy exchanged it and the second one they brought the lid would not lock and so it would not run a wash cycle. I returned it as well. To install it initially, I had to hire workers to cut a hole in my house for the vent, change the electrical outlet, and make other adjustments so it could be installed. It cost me about $700 in labor. And I have no washer/dryer. Best Buy was great to work with, but will avoid this unit.

This GE compact stackable was the only item for sale that would fit my designated laundry area. The product is solid if your space is limited but if space isn’t a concern get a full size unit.

The tub holds much more that I expected. Drying is quick and thorough. Noise level for washing is reasonable with the dryer being quiet

This fit perfectly and does a good job, especially for the price. Obviously you can't fit giant loads of laundry in this one, but it is good for one or two people's laundry.

The delivery person was in a hurry and said our faucet was frozen so he could not do the installation and we would have to reschedule once it was replaced. However, my husband was able to turn it on effortlessly. I called a plumber to be safe (despite my husbands protests) and they came and said the faucet was fine. There was absolutely nothing wrong, and no work that they could do. A complete waste of time and money from Best Buy’s “installation included”. Don’t believe it. The installation guy wouldn’t even hook up the electrical part, was just in too much of a hurry. The only reason we purchased from Best Buy was because installation was included..and it was not, My husband took too hours out of his work day to do it himself. We feel ripped off, quite frankly.
