Happy with it but because of size I guess the clothes come out wrinkled from the dryer

purchased for a rental unit and I'm happy with purchase

Product is great but delivery/installation service was a complete fail. The delivery person was in a hurry and said our faucet was frozen so he could not do the installation and we would have to reschedule once it was replaced. However, my husband was able to turn it on effortlessly. I called a plumber to be safe (despite my husbands protests) and they came and said the faucet was fine. There was absolutely nothing wrong, and no work that they could do. A complete waste of time and money from Best Buy’s “installation included”. Don’t believe it. The installation guy wouldn’t even hook up the electrical part, was just in too much of a hurry. The only reason we purchased from Best Buy was because installation was included..and it was not, My husband took too hours out of his work day to do it himself. We feel ripped off, quite frankly.

This is the second time we have had to buy this unit it is a specific size so we had to buy it again. The unit is built to last for about three years and that’s it

It's a good choice for compact spaces. Installation was done by bb technicians, good job.

Hard to find a compact stackable washer/dryer. This GE compact stackable was the only item for sale that would fit my designated laundry area. The product is solid if your space is limited but if space isn’t a concern get a full size unit.

It seem everything I buy from Best Buy lasts longer and with less problems.

I have a small space. Washed laundry is very well cleaned! The tub holds much more that I expected. Drying is quick and thorough. Noise level for washing is reasonable with the dryer being quiet

This washer and dryer combo has been a great upgrade since my last washer and dryer was manufactured in 1993. Hopefully this one lasts as long as my last one!

We bought this washer/dryer combo for our townhouse which has a very narrow opening for laundry. This fit perfectly and does a good job, especially for the price. Obviously you can't fit giant loads of laundry in this one, but it is good for one or two people's laundry.

Good product. Only downside is it is a bit small to wash a comforter but other that that it is great. The product is very compact.

Fantastic for small space. Put a GE floor liner underneath for any water overflow...should this ever occur. Great product. I personal wish I had the space for a gas connection....

Appliance was delivered but did not work. Support came one week following to repair, but was not able to complete. Another week later support came again, and repair was made. From purchase to actually using the washer/dryer was over two weeks. No offer to offset cost of product for inconvenience, time off work for three days total. This was upsettting and has been communicated, but without any response/resolve.

we bought this september 2023 and the washer does not work. It has been less than 3 months.

The appliance are great! The best purchased ever. However, the people that supposed to install very rude. The man he even wanted to bother to take a look. I end up paying someone to get rid of the old washer and dryer.

The appliance itself is great but it is still sitting in the middle of the bathroom. It is hooked up, but not hooked up correctly. On 2 installation appointments, the tech did not have the equipment or skill to install. On another, it was a no-show and then today - even though I have a confirmation e-mail for today - another no-show. Just to learn when I called that my appointment was rescheduled to next week without my knowledge! I am beyond frustrated! 4 service appointments with no results at all! And totally wasted my time twice!!! It has been 2 months since we purchased this! Customer Service is horrible to non-existent....even when mangers and supervisors have been spoken to - even with a case # for our situation!! DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM BEST BUY!!! or you may regret it like me!
