Washer and dryer work great in my small apartment.

2nd unit that I purchased. The other one is still going strong and this is for another house.

It fits where it needs to fit. I have no complaints. The lint screen is a bit wonky sometimes, but aren't they all?

This laundry center was installed at a condo with limited laundry space. The laundry center fit the opening exactly.

Those who rate 5 stars must use super scented detergent that masks the smell of dirty laundry because this machine doesn't clean. It goes by weight, so if you add something that's light but super absorbent you'll have ZERO water in the machine. I always need to manually add more water with a bucket. The machine apparently uses less water. That's fine. A lot of front loading HE machines do that, but the cycles are 2-3 hours long. That's why it cleans even with less water, but the longest cycles in this is still just about 20-30 min. Little water and short cycles don't mix. I don't care about the noise, which is loud, but I can shut the laundry room door. The fact that it doesn't wash (its primary purpose) makes this a 1 star machine.

Product was "open box" and discounted significantly. Bought over the phone with a very helpful agent. Good product delivered and installed on time.

This video is mostly for the customer service of Best Buy. Almost 5 week ordeal. Three times they were scheduled to deliver the product and just simply didn't show up. I end up canceling the previous purchase and re-purchasing something you from the local store where I can get it delivered within 48 hours which it was. Call Delta product I would say three stores simply because I already had one of these units that I purchased from Best Buy more than three years ago and it went sideways on me. We spent another $700 with Best Buy geek squad to come out and try to test it and fix it but it didn't work. Unfortunately I'm stuck using this equipment because this is the only thing that fits into the space I have in my condo.

Extremely noisy. Clothes come out very wet when wash cycle is complete. No signal when clothes are done, no idea how long each cycle lasts. Only purchased this, due to other ratings, simply because it’s the only unit that would fit in my allotted space. Price is also too high, again, only unit would fit.

The washing machine seems to be falling apart as if it were preowned.

Laundry center was installed professionally by Best Buy in a very tight spot.
