    I paid for installation and it was not done correctly when delivered. They hooked up the dryer vent to the wall but not to the dryer inside. The room was getting very hot so I had the maintenance man in our building to check it out and he installed it properly. I should be reimbursed for the installation since it was done correctly.

    I would probably recommend that you find a better product with better ratings. Some issues: 1- Doesn't drain and spin water out of clothes, you have to select the drain and spin 2-3 times. 2- does not disperse bleach, and you will have bleach stains all over your clothes at times. 3- leaves behind a soap residue for dark clothes. You will have to wash them 2-3 times to get them residue free even if you use less soap.
