Please save yourself time and money - just avoid this unit. This thing hasn't worked right since I bought it. Best Buy installed it, and after the first load my clothes came out covered in bits of Styrofoam. If my agitator works as GE intended, it's absolutely pitiful - the thing doesn't even move fast enough to create soap suds let alone clean clothes. I just had GE out to look at it this brand new unit and he said it was an unbalanced load. While I would like to just toss this into a dumpster, I'm definitely returning it and avoiding GE from now on. Ridiculous.

The problem is with Best Buy, not necessarily the product. The dryer needs a side vent kit, which was not included with the order. The old machine had it. The sales person said that those who came to deliver could take off the kit and reuse it. Those who came to deliver new and remove old only took off part of kit. By the time the installer came, old machine with kit gone. Now I cant install unit. Hugely frustrating and disappointing

I purchased a dozen of these units for apartment rentals. Within a few years 4 of the 12 units have broken and need to be replaced.

I bought this bad appliance in May of 2022 and the washer recently only worked on speed wash. Geek squad had to come out and turns out the mother board needs to be replaced. Why does parts have to be replaced already after only 2 years of use? This product is poor quality.

Terrible washer! Even new will not work! I had to spend more money to buy a better one!

I do really like this so far. It cleans clothes well, its very compact and great for small spaces. I like how the dryer venting can go out from either side of the machine. Its not like you have to have it out from the wall to make room for the vent because it all fits in the space in the back they made, so excellent idea to save room, this can almost be flush with the wall. It has great options to choose from for washing clothes and drying. the dryer works well and dries great, I haven't had to dry clothes longer yet. The wash tub is strange to me, its very loose it can wiggle around a lot. I have never had a washtub be able to move around in all directions quit this much before but maybe its a better balancing system, i havent had a load off balance yet. The things I dont like that could improve is the noise level. It louder then I thought, I can close my laundry door and its fine but it is louder then my old set. The dryer lint trap is in the worst possible spot. Whoever came up with the idea to put the lint trap in the door should be fired. You have to take the plastic cover off the lint trap take out the trap and empty then put trap back in and slide cover back over the trap all while the door is moving around on you. They could have found a better place to put this.

this machine has a sensory water fill. it does not give enough water for the amount of clothes to get them clean. i have read other people have the same problem.

This is great for small spaces and small families. Just right for apartments.

Below par. Buyer beware. Best Buy delivery drivers showed up unprepared, untrained and caused a substantial amount of damage.

used twice then started having problem's would not start .then finding i have too move buttons around and it starts real pain
