Hello. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us, and truly hate to hear you were disappointed with this laundry center. We regret that it didn't meet your needs, and you had an issue with the unit being out of balance. If you experience a recurring out of balance issue, you may want to make sure the appliance is level. If it needs to be adjusted in order to sit level on the floor, instructions on how to adjust it using the leveling legs are available on page 17 of the installation instructions. You also may want to make sure you're loading the items loosely and evenly around the outside of the basket, and not wrapping large items around the agitator. If you are unable to resolve this issue, our service department can be reached at 1-800-432-2737. We are very disappointed to hear this laundry center has not lived up to its name. We are happy to offer some help with this. For clothes that require a softer touch, we recommend using the Delicate cycle. For the rinse portion of the cycle, as it states on the control panel, all rinses use cold water despite the cycle or temperature of wash water selected. If this is not the case, please make sure the fill hoses have been installed correctly on the back of the unit. Stay safe and keep in touch. - John@GEA
