It’s the perfect stackable for our condo! Easy to use.

I love the combination. Only reason I didn't give it five stars is because, water levels are not easy to comprehend. I'm still learning how to properly gauge.

Absolutely love it. We live in a small condo in DC so we don’t have a lot of room. This washer/dryer fits perfectly in the space and it can handle large loads of laundry. The service from Best Buy was beyond compare.

Initially great, but dryer had a burning smell, tons of condensation, and died after less than 2 months. Still under original warranty with GE, but because of covid 19 can’t get any repairs for a long time. Best Buy won’t do anything since I didn’t purchase their additional protection. Also by the way this was the second unit they sent me, the first one was returned because it was DOA. Seems like a lemon product. Regret keeping the second one. Do not recommend this unit or purchasing major appliance from Best Buy. Not having a dryer is a minor inconvenience in the scheme of things but $1000 plus change is a lot of money right now for a unit that doesn’t work and might catch on fire.

I am a property manager in Palm Beach, Florida so I do a lot of business for many clients . But from now on I will not allow my client to do any business with Best Buy, the sad part is there do not care.. It does not matter what aspect of the transaction it ends in a nightmare. They take your money and just do what they want when they want after that.. From 12 hours delivery window, then not to show up at all, no call nothing. I had to take a full day off to wait for an appliance delivery. Not getting any updates I contacted customer service all thur out the day never get an answer. Most of the time you get auto reply, lies and escuses. In the end they did not come at all, i was a day off and they do not care . Did they come the next day because of their mistake.. NO they re-scheduled me for a week later and it starts all over again.. store blames, warehouse, blames delivery, store blames installer.. In the end its a waste of time & money and not woth the aggravation. In the end we smiply can not afford to do any business with Best Buy .. i wish you luck if you do, but remember this review when they totally screw you over.. there is a reason why the postive review are from years sgo

Unfortunately I've had the product 3 years and it has completely broken. About 2 years in the washing machine stopped filling completely. Now the basin has completely separated from the agitator, shredding pieces of plastic into my laundry and ruining my clothes. Consequently this damaged the transmission. We have been very careful as to not overload the machine as it is very small. I had a third party technician come to evaluate the issue quoting a repair price of $1100. He recommended scrapping the machine rather than repair and to avoid GE washing machines and driers in the future. This is now the most expensive piece of trash I own.

It works great for the Daycare and daily small loads

This is perfect for what we needed. The wash cycle is a little loud but we don’t notice it now.

Ordered this combo Washer and Dryer..After the initial one was delivered and the water never came out in to the washer and the replacement did the same thing. I am changing to a totally different type of unit. Both were defective ! Strange and very disappointing. Hopefully Best Buy will get me a different unit that can work. I'm now waiting for the third time!

The washer is loud and quite small ... dryer works fine overall so-so

The equipment i bought (washer & dryer combo) perfect for my needs.

After 1st washer/dryer was installed, it leaked during the cycle that installers started. Got a replacement unit that worked fine for 2 weeks, after which it started leaking. Best buy was very difficult to work with during this process.

After 2 years the washer broke the dryer still works fine

It did not work after it was delivered & installed. Needed a control board & selenoid

I've used this machine 4 times and now it wont empty! I called Best Buy, GE and Geek Squad to come fux it and all I get is a runaround!

I purchased this in July and just installed it in my house. There is a mechanical problem. I spent over $500 to have plumber and electricians only to find out I bought a bad product. Even worse Best Buy does not stand by this product. They will not return it and told me to call the manufacturer. I will never shop at Best Buy again!

After 2 return and exchange, the one we have now is still not working. Dryer is not heated at all. To turn on the washer, you have turn on the dryer first. Very disappointed.
