Love this w/d, so far. We came from using the fancy “he” washer that we had leas than 5yrs., and got refunded under warranty since they had to service it so often. The only reasons for not giving 5 star is the dryer doors needs a big push at times to close and the lint trap is a 2-piece pain.

As I have limited space, this combo washer/dryer is just right for me. It appears to be a water saver, and is efficient. The washer basket and dryer drum are good size and accommodate big loads. As I've only had it a few weeks, I don't know much about the durability. The washer lid has a strong spring, and can pinch a person's fingers if not careful. You do need to read the directions, especially for the washer in regard to adding detergent, softener and such.

Fits nicely into the space, quiet and gets the job done so far.

The washer is very loud and often doesn’t start until I retry. Not sure why. The dryer’s lint filter is on the door which falls down easily when cleaning the lint net.

This washer/dryer unit works great and was super affordable! It’s perfect for a small apartment.

For an old guy, taking several loads of clothes to the laundromat each month got to be to much. This New GE stackable was the thing i needed, it fits perfectly in the hall closet and is remarkably quite it sure saves money and time, and stress.

Got this stacker combo as a replacement for the old model and so far I love it - it's bigger inside the washer and dryer, very quiet, the insides are steel like professional machines and they perform excellent cleaning and drying every load - I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great stacker combo

Great small stacked unit. Works perfectly in my small 1100 sq.ft. 3 bedroom townhouse, with couple drawbacks. I can't complain about noise, since the unit is inside my garage. Overall, very convenient since I can put an extra refrigerator in my garage with this unit nest to it and is easy to use and operate. Family of 3, therefore we don't have loads of laundry, plus this pandemic...so less frequent wardrobe changes resulting in less laundry. so, we are not heavy on laundry, maybe 5-6 loads a week and this unit has been keeping up just fine. HOWEVER...2 things... 1. Lint area needs improvement, lint catcher catches most of the lint, but small amounts are scattered behind the dryer door and in between the door and lint catcher. I need to clean it biweekly with a microfiber towel to avoid any clumps forming, so some frequent minor maintenance is required. 2. Also, I kind of wish there was a manual setting for water level. Sometimes when I put in one small rug and a towel, for some reason the sensor does not recognize and barely any water is dispersed into the washer. When I come back 30 min after, the same rug and towel is dry to the touch with laundry detergent still on it, just the bottom portion would be moist. I get kind of upset when this happens...I think others would too

Ordering was seamless and we were ordering for a property we don’t live at so that added a little worry to delivery instructions. Delivery was fine, but technician did not have a ‘known, very common part’ for the stackable W/D. The ‘closet space’ for stackable needed a shorter connection so the doors closed. He was going to leave it, outfit, and told my tenant “it’s not that bad, it almost closes”!! WE had to purchase the part at a local hardware place, but the technician did come back and switch it out. The doors closed fine!! Other than that snafu, everything was great! I had rewards certificates to use and the item was on sale, so we truly ended up with a great deal!! Been a BB shopper and rewards customer for over 20 years! I order almost all our electronics from Best Buy!

Great one-piece washer/dryer combo. And, it was almost impossible to get anywhere else in the size I needed to fit the space. My salesperson took care of all the details and had it shipped to a different location and installed perfectly. That's something Lowes and Home Depot seemed to have a problem with.

This is a perfect stacked unit for a very small space. It is a very efficient and productive unit for such a compact size!

this is a great choice for a person living in a small apartment for seniors. Our placement size is very small so this washer/dryer being stackable fit the need 100%. The selection for the settings are easy to understand/read and offers so many choices. The noise I expected from a washing machine was completely different as this set is quiet. Only thing you will hear is a small ding at the end of the cycle. The lint removal screen is very easy to remove and clean. Thank you for having this product available.

Perfect for my condo. Washes well and holds more than my last one which lasted 10 years

Nice washer and dryer unit. Easy to use, washer auto-senses the load size to fill the appropriate amount of water. Washer drum capacity is larger than our old washer so that's a big plus. Dryer is efficient and quiet.

The first time Geek Squad install was not successful, the washer didn't work. Thanks to team Richard/Yuriy at Alderwood Mall Best Buy arrange a replacement in four days. The second installation went well and the appliance work. Yuriy even called me the following day after installation to check on issue. I highly recommend you to go to that team for appliance if you're in Seattle area. This is my third appliance at that location and they give excellent service and they match price.

Size suits my purpose. Efficient. Had a problem with the dryer door which had a piece break off but it mayhave been from the warehouse.

It’s noisy but works. It is for the condo. It will be nice in winter time.
