this is a great choice for a person living in a small apartment for seniors. Our placement size is very small so this washer/dryer being stackable fit the need 100%. The selection for the settings are easy to understand/read and offers so many choices. The noise I expected from a washing machine was completely different as this set is quiet. Only thing you will hear is a small ding at the end of the cycle. The lint removal screen is very easy to remove and clean. Thank you for having this product available.

This washer/dryer works wonders!! I've had it since the beginning of June and every wash, dry cycle has been simple and no trouble at all.

Nice washer and dryer unit. Easy to use, washer auto-senses the load size to fill the appropriate amount of water. Washer drum capacity is larger than our old washer so that's a big plus. Dryer is efficient and quiet.

The first time Geek Squad install was not successful, the washer didn't work. Thanks to team Richard/Yuriy at Alderwood Mall Best Buy arrange a replacement in four days. The second installation went well and the appliance work. Yuriy even called me the following day after installation to check on issue. I highly recommend you to go to that team for appliance if you're in Seattle area. This is my third appliance at that location and they give excellent service and they match price.

Washer is a little loud, but works well SiZe is perfect for what we needed

The washer is very loud and often doesn’t start until I retry. Not sure why. The dryer’s lint filter is on the door which falls down easily when cleaning the lint net.

Great combo unit for small spaces, only con so far is its a bit loud but other than that seems to do a great job.

The only unit that would fit into my condo, but it still does what it needs to do and doesn't give me a problem. A little loud but i didn't really have any other option.

Good capacity for one or two people. However, it is noisy and you cannot choose water level. Each setting has a built in water level. It takes a while to learn how to use this washer. The dryer is ok.

This compact unit offers a lot for the little space it consumes. The dryer will handle 3 pairs of jeans and a few shirts in 45 minutes, but the washer is incredibly loud while washing. Double checked to be sure the machine was properly leveled and it is. Later found out this is a common issue. Overall pretty happy with it.

Washer make too much noise and the capacity is no much

The washer cleaned but stopped working less than 3 years after purchase. It is not a quite unit. I would not purchase this unit in the future, I'd go for a quite unit so it does not disturb the family. If you do not mind loud products, than this may be the one for you. I still have to get someone out to fix it. SO with that I'd suggest you get the warranty.

Fits perfectly in my laundry "closet". Clothes come out clean and dryer works very well. Not too happy with the dryer filter in the door. Small pieces of lint fall to the floor when removing the filter, then more lint falls when you open the filter to clean it out. The controls are easy to operate and all in all a very good machine. Delivery went exactly as promised. Great!

Solid washer/dryer, fit easily into the closet in my condo. Noisy but does a good job cleaning the clothes.

Great for saving space - slim, fits into a small closet, runs well. Some noise, but expected.

The stackable machine is perfect for the space. I would have liked that the washer had more space capacity but my closet space is small. The Washer is too loud.

Works well. Compact for closet size space. Comes as one unit, so you need two person assist to move it. It also needs to be kept upright during transport.

First machine had to be returned because dryer didn’t work. The return and replacement policy was handled excellently and fast. So far the new machine is working well.
