Superb fits perfectly in our little home. Loads just like large ones and clothes come out fantastic.

I would give this a higher review considering the machine works perfect. HOWEVER, upon delivery it has a dent on the upper right corner of the dryer and I believe because of that it makes a loud clunk noise every rotation. Spoke with the delivers about it and they told me somebody would be in contact with me about either being able to send somebody to fix it or to have it replaced overall. Aside from that the machine is a lot quieter than my last machine to the point that I forget that there is a load of laundry in. I just wish I didn't have to go through the struggle of getting another machine now because of the dent.

So far works fine but supposedly this was to have quiet functioning technology- but it is very loud. Also haven’t found an end of cycle signal. Most of the 11 wash options I would probably never use. My installers did not do a good job - they did not use the side vent option which was needed to fit in my space so I have to re-do it myself. There aren’t many choices for these apartment laundry ‘centers’ and this is at least a good brand. I think all washers and dryers are overpriced so this is nothing different. Just be ready for a loud machine and to set your timer for a load and you will be fine.

This thing is amazing - it’s narrow enough to fit in this weird gap I have that it needs to go into, and it’s a washer, and a dryer, in one. It works great, pretty quiet unless you’re drying sneakers or a penguin, and it’s looks kinda cool for what it is. I would but again! (If I needed another one and this didn’t break of course). Oh and the 10% off birthday gift helped save about $125 so thank you Best Buy!

We needed a specific size of stacked washer/dryer for the space we had built out and this was really the only one that fit. We love it! It's the perfect size to handle the weekly laundry for two people and and it washes and drys our clothes in record time with a variety of settings. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

This washer/dryer unit is perfect for a small apartment. It fits nicely in tight spaces and cleans well. The only issue I had with this whole experience was the dryer door handle was so tight that to open/close you had to slam it shut and pull open with all your strength. Best Buy’s repair service was not the greatest experience but they did eventually get someone to replace the door and it is working fine now.

Although the washer is a little smaller than I expected the unit fits perfectly in the space and is easy to operate.

Bought it for investment property. Good commercial usage

The unit made a LOT of noise when set up that we didn't notice until after the Best Buy installers left. We contacted GE support and they sent someone out. If you lightly placed your hand on the side of the dryer when it was on - the noise stopped. It was easy to show the GE repair person what was wrong. They tried to fix it but warned us it may not last. The fix only lasted a week so we called again. Again they came out and felt more confident about their repair - been a couple months and so far so good. But since quality wasn't up to what you & I expect I only give it two stars.

FYI, these only come with the door handle on the left. We have a tiny house and needed the door handle to on the right side. We were told by the representative they could switch them around, but that's not the case. We ordered a second one since the dryer was defective on the first. That one also had the handle on the left. WE were NOT told the door couldn't be switched until after the second one had been delivered. We will not be ordering another one of these in the future. It dries great and washes good too. Not giving it 5 stars because of the door issue.

Three weeks after installation the dryer is making this horrid sound intermittently. Best Buy is sending so someone out to do a diagnostic but they couldn’t get out for a week and a half. If they can’t easily fix it, they have offered to replace the whole unit which is really great. But in the meantime, I have a dryer that is not functioning properly. Since it’s in a short term rental, property, not ideal.

I absolutely love this washer/dryer unit. It works really well, gets everything clean, and despite what some have said about the noise, I really don't notice it.

We have a laundry closet for our townhome. I helped us create more space in our home and we can still do a decent size load of laundry when we wash. Lots of different settings to work with also.

This machine may be more energy efficient than our old model but it does not work as good. The dryer is very good the washer not so much. First of all no matter how you load the washer it gets out of balance. We have followed the directions to no avail. It seems that the only way to get it to wash ok is to set it on “bulky”. Overall we find that it is not as good as our old model of the same machine. Wish that we had the old one rebuilt.

Purchase this unit to replace my 10 years old laundry center. This unit is quiet compared to my previous one. Easy to use and did a decent job of washing and drying.
