This washing machine is very loud compared to any other washer we've had. It's noisy and I can't recommend it unless it's going into a basement. We put this in our condo and the noise fills the entire space.

BEST BUY REFUSES TO REPLACE. I PAID FOR A NEW ITEM AND GOT RIPPED-OFF. HORRIBLE SERIVCE. LAST TECHS TOLD ME ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE. I'VE HAD TO CHASED BEST BUY DOWN TO GET HELP. THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AND ARE INTENT ON STEALING FROM ME. PURSCHASE HAS NOT BEEN DISPUTED. BUYER BEWARE.
