The machine is working well, though it is louder than my previous unit. The technician I spoke to explained that it was working and sounding as it should. That was helpful.

Compact in overall size but not in load capacity for both washer and dryer. Washer a little more noiser than I expected. Could use some sound dampening insulation.

Love the size and autofill setting. Compact for our condo, but holds more than expected. Pretty quiet and thankfully does not buzz at me obnoxiously when the dryer is done.

Works for a condo and fits well. Only used once and so far so good.

Holding up well in our small townhome rental. This unit is located in the garage so I can not say much about noise. The unit is very simple to use and all material is pretty solid, no loose fittings so far. Only complaint I have is the automatic water level this machine is programed for, always seems so minimal for the amount of wash I need to do. Therefore, I always put it in pre-soak setting, so once filled, I can open up the top to add more water.

I've had the Spacemaker for over a year and it runs like a dream! I wash less loads because the basin is so roomy. For small loads, the basin fills with water only what it needs. And the dryer dries so quickly! Less money on electricity. The only downside: it's noisier than the Maytag I previously owned. But the positives far outweigh this negative--hence, the 5 stars and my Excellent rating.

Was shopping around for a washer and dryer unit that was able to fit in my small bathroom inside my condo complex measured everything out and it fit perfectly. Have had it at least for six months so far and it’s been great washes very well and dries my items quick definitely recommend got the extended warranty just in case for peace of mind

Great fit for a small place! Runs great and does the job..the only thing is that makes a weird noise when washing. Overall good product.

Does the job, fits the space. Space saving over power

it fits in a very small space and does the job it's supposed to. The hook ups are all in the middle which makes it easier to attach. It seems pretty quiet. and is easy to operate I would recommend this unit to a friend. Best Buy had the best price. I checked around.

Had to buy this for the condo which has a small closet for the washer and dryer. Not much selection for the limited space. This one fits the bill without sacrificing capacity. Works great but a little louder than my previous front loaders.

This is perfect for our tiny mountain cabin. Even though it's small, it holds 2 sets of queen bed sheets or 1 queen quilt. Great for just doing small loads of laundry, linens, towels, etc. The dryer takes a bit to dry so you have to take the towels out and kind of rotate them. So this is a good if you don't plan on using it as your daily washer/dryer.

This washer/dryer is the perfect size for an apartment. The washer capacity is large enough to wash sheets and towels and the gas dryer gets my clothes dry very quickly.

This unit is fine. It's unfortunately the only one that I have found which will fit in our laundry area. I had the same model previously and had to replace within 3 years so I am expecting to have to do the same. Experience with Best Buy was great though.

I really like this machine although the wash cycle is very noisy. For a machine that will fit through a 24 inch doorway, it has a very large capacity because the wash basket is very deep. I am pleased with this purchase. I took one star off because dealing with Best Buy was a nightmare!!!!

To be a smaller washer and dryer, it works quite well.

This has been a good washer and dryer so far. It was the only one that was small enough to fit down the stairs of my house. The door of the dryer won’t latch anymore, and it is now one year old. So that sucks.

This machine is perfect for the space that I have. Easy to use also
