It washes clothes clean for the size. The clothes are pretty dry already after the end of the wash cycle and the dryer works well. I wish it had a chime at the end of the cycles to signal when it is done but it works well.

The only thing I noticed is that my dryer smell a residue of gas. I check all connections, were sealed and no leaking. I also check with gas detector. I called GE customer service and they will send a technician to double check.

I am really impressed by the small amount of water that it uses while still getting the clothes clean. If it holds up over time I would definitely purchase another one in the future.

Our experience picking it up at Best Buy was fast and easy. The only thing that I was surprised about was that it was smaller than I imagined.

It took 3 weeks to get the first repair tech out to say he needed to order a part. That was another month waiting for appointment after part came. Then on the day of the appointment the tech called ahead and when I did not answer he moved on and would not come back. I called GE and that is their policy!!!! They do not even come to the house and knock on the door. So now it will be another 2 weeks before they come out and I’d better answer the phone. This is ridiculous

This wasn’t Best Buy’s fault. I won’t go through all the steps and false suggestions, but the final outcome was perfect. But for Best Buy and its support policies I would have been in a world of hurt.
