Doesn’t clean clothing.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don’t understand how this thing gets such positive reviews. I’ve owned it for a few years now and it’s terrible. It doesn’t use enough water so nothing comes out clean, and any pre treatment doesn’t even rinse out. I resort to taking my stuff to a laundromat, which defeats the purpose of an in-unit.

Posted .We are sorry to hear you are having these issues with your washer. This washer has 2.4 cubic ft. so it is important not to overload it. We recommend that you clean out your pump filter if you haven't yet. The instructions will be in your manual on page 12, and this can be found on our site and on Best Buys site if you need one. This washer has Load Sensing Adaptive Fill. Which is a feature that allows the washer to determine the optimum amount of water to wash the items in the basket and limit water usage. The wash basket will turn briefly and assess the weight of the load. It will also do this after the load is saturated with water to assess how absorbent the load is. With the load weight and load type we can apply the proper amount of water to wash the load.
