Great washing machine . Has a lot of cycles to choose from. Washed great

We love its. This washer machine wash clothes good.

I ordered a stackable washer and dryer set, with a request to remove my current system. They tried to deliver the dryer without the washer, and it takes both to work. If you take my one unit with washer and dryer your delivery will not allow me to do laundry.

I have a narrow entryway so my options were limited. It’s compact but has a good size drum. It can fit a nice size load of not so heavy items. Just note that it does not wash well if you add a full load or heavier items. I use the extra spin quite often as it doesn’t do well with medium-large loads. The lid is made of cheap plastic and feels flimsy. If needed, this can be hooked up to a kitchen sink and comes with the attachment. If you need to set up normally, you would need to purchase the hoses separately.

I purchased this washing machine in July of 2020. It was during the height of the pandemic and I needed to be able to wash clothes at home. Having no connections for washer or dryer, I began my research. I needed it to be larger enough to wash queen sizes comforters. And this one fit the bill. At that time, the price was $765, so it has gone up some. But if you have the need, this machine gets it done! For real. I bought a 5 year service plan, and I am approaching 4 years in July. I made sure to read all the reviews I could find to learn what issues people had. All of the issues I read, basically were due to user error. I made sure to read all the instructions. Make sure to put clothes around the edge of the drum and don’t stuff it too full. But this machine will wash a queen size comforter or a queen size padded mattress protector. The filters are easy to clean. The adapter connects to your sink. You may have to go buy a sink adapter to put on your sink. I think it was $10. The clothes do get tangled. But I have learned after 4 years, the right time to check them to untangle them before it gets knotted. You can also listen to the rotation and tell if things are off centered. Open the door and reorganize around the outside wall and turn back on. The one down side that I have discovered in needing to correct the balance or unknot clothes mid cycle is that the machine with shut off after a minute if the door is open and machine is paused. So you essentially have to restart the whole thing over, but there is the option to manually set the cycles left like only do spin if it’s in the spin cycle. But, if you’re quick enough detangling, or you detangle a few seconds and then restart and then pause again and detangle the rest, you can keep the machine from turning off I would highly recommend this to anyone that need this convenience of portable washing machine. I purchased a washing machine dolly and it lives in the corner of my bedroom with the dryer purchased from another retailer on top of a stand. It is very convenient. The dryer plugs into the wall and I put the vent up to the window when it is time to dry.

Great buy, should have bought it sooner. Does a fantastic job of getting my clothes clean. It comes with everything you need to set it up as a portable machine. Very easy to set up and the instructions are easy to follow.

Initial purchased date was 10/19/2024 and here it is 11/22/2024 and I still don't have the appliance. Each time prior to the delivery date they request item to be rescheduled for some unknown reason. A person to resolve the issue was assigned - she promised $350.00 check for aggravation, check not received!!! Customer Service deplorable - canceled the entire order!

Softener dispenser doesn’t release softener,and there is no bracket to hold hoses in the back of machine.

It takes patience to get this washer to function without leaking, once you get it down, it's fabulous!

This machine looks nice. Large for an apartment washer, but super loud! Have to return it.
