    The delivery was excellent and the unit seems to be working just fine. Only had it a month, so its still is a new unit but everything seems to work just as advertised. My only complaint is that it came without an egg tray which I thought for the money it would certainly have an egg tray. Best Buy certainly performed excellent in getting me the unit and getting it installed.

    It is very noisy. Rattles and hums all day. It is also a but smaller than we expected. The spaces in the freezer are also inadequate to store bigger items or boxes. We still have to use our deep freezer for bigger items . Overall ok keeping foor cold or frozen though.

    We love the fridge so far, but it's leaking water possibly??? So there's a hose in the back, it leaks into what I'm guessing is a tray, but having owned several fridges it just doesn't look right. So now, after having it less than a month I have to call for service.

    not sure it's worth the price the stainless steel is only on the front and not on the sides Manual it came with is too incomplete...I had to go on-line to print the rest of the manual...what happens to the person who doesn't have access to the web?

    I love the door alarm when you accidentally leave one of the doors open or doesn't shut all of the way. The freezer is a little smaller than my last appliance but that was also 20+ years old. I love GE for the long lasting life.

    Crushed ice throws ice outside a cup or glass; must hold the glass or cup tight to the bottom of the dispenser.

    I previously owned a French door refrigerator with the freezer at the bottom. Over time, it was difficult to see what I had in the freezer and was difficult to organize. The side-by-side works much better for organization.

    This GE refrigerator is the third one I've purchased in the past few years from BestBuy. All have been great, which is why I continue to purchase it. The water line is a little noisy, but it has become background noise.

    Clean, spacious refrigerator with great features! Overall, delighted with our purchase. Only design challenge we've discovered is the occasional dropping of small pieces of ice from the ice machine inside of the freezer compartment.
