Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) we were unable to install this oven, which was a replacement for a 1998 Thermador. We were limited by the cabinet to what we thought was a 24" oven and selected this one based on only the on-line picture. When it arrived, and we actually looked at before the installer could bring it in, we were shocked by the cheap looking aesthetics of the oven (although we didn't really expect Wolff or Viking - which if we were installing in a space that could contain it, we would have ordered - but we did hope for something that minimally looked good). I can only say that a child's toy oven would appear to be better quality. The cheap and ugly black plastic control panel was so obviously cheap and ugly that your first response could only be a WTF. The so-called stainless steel looked like the cheap underside of a toaster or microwave - nothing that you would want prominently displayed in your kitchen. Since we never installed it it I can't comment on how well it works, but I can only say if you value how an appliance looks avoid this one like the plague. By the oven not fitting it was actually too small for the space and a 27" is too big) we really dodged a bullet. We can only hope that our existing oven lasts for a few years more. Note: The installer was fantastic and did what he could do to make suggestions as to how we could get something to fit. The return was processed on a timely basis (you do have to make sure you physically cancel the order once it is returned; it does not happen automatically) and it took few online chats to move the process along.

The ovens work great. Biggest issue is the outside shows fingerprints and hard to remove.

Good oven works great just alittle small but don't have the room for a bigger one

It is a good product, easy to clean, and coordinates with my kitchen.

Two minor flaws: 1) Lower oven "on" light does not go off when a low-temperature setting is reached. 2) one of two heating element support clips is not attached. Otherwise is good; quick to reach oven temperature.

We ordered these ovens and had them shipped to our house. They arrived earlier than they were supposed to and in great shape. The ovens work great and are very attractive. Good job Best Buy!

Basic features Indicating light didn't work after installation. Still waiting for replacement of part.

Everything was great except I kept getting text messages and emails stating my delivery date has been moved... I did not respond to them and low and behold mull date did not change! Just a bit confusing is all

I love my new double ovens. The installers were excellent. I had to have some adjustments to my cupboards and they did an absolutely beautiful job. I am very pleased. Thank you!

Replaced the old GE double oven with same oven....

I replaced an existing Frigidaire double wall oven that finally needed to be retired after 41 years; it seemed like good reason to stay with the same brand. The newer features and convection style of cooking are nothing short of fantastic. Awesome purchase.

Simple to use, no complicated buttons. I wanted black and that is what I got.

Even heating, black lining in the ovens will hide some of the dirt.

There are not very many 24" wide ovens anymore and this replaced my previous 20 year old GE oven. Seems to be the same design but the electronic controls for the top oven have been updated. Electronic controls and temperature reading for the top oven and manual controls for the bottom oven.
