The installation team was efficient and very well qualified. They did a great job.

No self cleaning function to mess up the electronics like the fancier one this one replaced. It is smaller on the inside than I expected, significantly smaller than the wall oven it replaced. So be aware of that.

It cooks evenly and fits most of our pans so far. We've only had it a little over a month.

The solenoid switch dictating oven temperature has a loud tick that is annoying. It is quite noticeable and clicks intermittingly. We called GE for service but the repairman said that's just the way it is. It is an annoying sound.

Very well packaged. Easy to install. Dimensions in instruction were correct. Only complaint so far, very loud beeps with no way to silence.

Also, I had to make too many phone calls about appointments with quite a few different departments. Not impressed wityh Best Buy but only with disappointments! JN
