The dishwasher is quiet and cleans well, but I have concerns regarding the amount of standing water in the tub at the end of the cycle. 1-1/2" of water seems pretty excessive.

Worked fine for 4 years. Pump problem. Had to replace.

After 18 months we needed to have an out of warranty repair that cost half of the purchase price. Now, a year and a half later a major leak just occurred beneath the dishwasher. It’s junk. My cousin replaced the same model a year after purchasing.

We have only had this dishwasher for three years (installed by Best Buy installation on 4/2/2017), but the computer controls have stopped working properly so it is no longer functioning. We turned off power to allow it to reset which helped it for two months, but now even that is not working. The repairman says it would be less expensive to buy a new one instead of trying to repair/replace the controls.

Inside is so much smaller than expected and it doesn’t always get dishes clean.

We liked the look of the dishwasher but it did not work after installation. We had to have it removed and purchased a Samsung that was similar.

Omgoodness! what a gorgeous inside and out dishwasher...and the clean is perfect! just installed it yesterday (the legs it comes attached to board are the legs for the machine) and ran it last night on steam and auto sence and used heated dry...we used rince aid (comes with small bottle) and cascade platinum pods (comes with 2) and although ran for long time...dishes came out so shiny and clean...washed some plates with caked on food to test it and it did the job on these settings.. it has so many feactures for being in the lower priced range and has more feactures than any we found...has adjustable upper rack and racks are deep so can fit items that are high and 2 stemware racks and 2 silverware baskets that can put almost anywhere..fits a ton of dishes...medium noise level...we are so happy we chose this one! so so awesome and we absolutely love it! (p.s need 15/16 socket wrench to remove legs from the shipping board and also need some heavy duty wire cutters to cut the brackets once you screw on the machine to the inner top cabinet)

Dishwasher was delivered damaged, thought we could work with it, but did not work out. Returned it.

Dishwasher does a good job and is fairly quiet. Seems to be a better product than the Whirlpool that it replaced.

We moved from a house that had a Samsung dishwasher and now we have this GE dishwasher. At first I really liked the setup of the utensil cleaners. However, I feel that structure of this dishwasher does not support a sufficient cleaning machine. This dishwasher is a waste of my time. I'm not the type of person to let food ever sit on my dishes, so I know that is not the problem. I've washed my dishes 3 times and my utensils keep finishing with gunk on them, my plates have a clear gunk on them. I am nervous to have guests over because of how poor of a job this dishwasher does. I would not recommend this if you have kids and cook often.

Was improperly installed with "extra" pieces left over. Eventually stopped closing (and working) just shy of the 1 year warranty mark. Of course it was patched long enough to stop working again about a week later. Now, about three years after purchase it turns out this whole GE series is notorious for burning/melting things on the bottom rack including pieces of the dishwasher itself! The spinning arm that disperses water came off the tracks and completely melted on one side and the dishwasher doesn't drain anymore. And no, I checked with the plumber and there is no issue with the air gap or anything else on my end.

Has always gave us problems. Then during covid it totally went whacko couldn't have any one out. Then it was great. Now since the geek protection plan expired is not working at all. Will go with a different brand next time
