Until the plastic/nylon gasket that holds it to the faucet wore down and now it won't attach anymore! GE said it was out of warranty by the time we got around to calling (my fault, probably), but have been getting the run around for a year now trying to get someone to fix it. I bought this to replace my previous one that was 2nd hand and we had it many years before it died (not GE brand). This one should not have worn out so soon. Probably still washes good though, if I could get someone to just fix the hose!

Posted .We want to help out with your dishwasher not draining. We recommend checking for any paper or large objects covering or blocking the sump area in the rear of the tub. Also check that the kitchen sink drain is not clogged. If a disposer is installed, run the disposer to clear the drain system. Do not put your hands into the garbage disposer to check it as a serious injury could occur. You will want to always turn on your garbage disposer prior to running the dishwasher to clean out any food or debris within the drain system. It constantly smells like a wet dog. It has standing water at the bottom unless you restart it for a minute and let it drain. And the dishes aren't always clean. It offers a sanitize setting that's almost 4 hours!! It would make more sense to run the cycle twice at 90 minutes. I can't believe I'm stuck with this. It's not Best Buy's fault. This is a GE problem

It's been 35 days since I ordered this product. BB does not have it in stock even though they had them on sale. I received one that was clearly dropped out of a truck and is dented beyond belief. It's taking over a month to get a replacement because I'm kicked to the bottom of the list for fulfillment. BB keeps blaming GE. The app, the store, and cs don't have the same answers as to the status of the order. I'll update this if possible, but for now, it's a 1.
