I am getting a replacement tomorrow and if this one works, I will no longer be disappointed. But it's been over a month since my original purchase, and I had to reinstall my old dishwasher to avoid washing my dishes in the sink.

We recommend checking that the fill and drain hoses are properly connected and the gasket is in good, clean repair. I haven’t had it very long and it doesn’t clean my dishes. I’ve used 3 different kinds of detergent, rinse aids and cleaned it after every use. This was the biggest waste of money.

Units just kept failing. Would not drain. Beat Buy exchanged and finally replaced. Lots of hassle, disappointment and downtime. Miserable experience with the unit.

For the best wash and dry performance, we recommend making sure the water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit when it enters the tub. Also, check that the filters are not clogged and the dishes are loaded properly. Selecting any additional heat settings will help both the wash and dry cycles as well as high quality detergent and rinse aid.
