If I had any other option. I would not have purchased this machine. Hose & plug inconveniently located. No true dry setting. Most things still wet when done. Waiting 2 weeks for parts to repair a 2 month old machine. Water won’t drain from bottom.

Very satisfied. It holds a lot of dishes, and cleans very well. It rolls very easily, and connects to my faucet very easily. I wish it had an indication on the outside for when a cycle is done, but that isn't a big deal.

Just got it a few weeks ago, works great and does the job. Doesn't have a drying element, so you will have to shake off the excess water and let it air dry with the door open are hand dry them.

Wonderful product forgot what it was like to have a dish washer after 15 years of no dishwasher. It is great. I did have to get a second one because the first had a latch issue.

Cycles are a bit long (2hrs) but works well. We love it

Absolutely dreadful design from a practical consumer perspective. 1) This thing is absolutely gargantuan. Who needs a portable dishwasher that also has this much space to spare? If you have a medium and especially small space, forget about this product. It's much larger than most non-portable dishwashers I've seen. 2) Don't have a faucet that has a connector? Forget about this product. It only comes with a faucet connector. You might be able to unscrew the back and install your own hoses, but then that sets you up for another problem. In other words, if you don't have a massive amount of space to spare and also do not want to connect it to the sink, avoid this product. I suspect most people who want a portable dishwasher are living in an older house that does not allow for much space and/or may have a faucet that can't be connected. I don't know who this thing is for.

The dishwasher was on sale it was a fantastic sale we saved three hundred dollars the service was great and so were the delivery guys very very happy

Location of the display is inconvenient/difficult to see. Inside configuration isn't very good for pots and pans. Otherwise it does its job well.

Have not been able to use the dishwasher yet. I have bought other items as open box items and never had a problem. For this one, there was an adapter to connect the dishwasher to the sink faucet. Well that adapter was not included. GE said the adapter is out of stock…. Actually anywhere you search says it is out of stock until mid September. I am going to hang onto the dishwasher and hope that the adapter will become available soon so I can use the dishwasher. To be continued…

We bought this dishwasher 2 1/2 years ago and started leaking. We have finally determined it needs a new door assembly. Cost, $200.00 After reading the other bad reviews I think we will end up buying a different brand. No point in throwing good money after bad.

They delivered the dishwasher and it didn't need the recommended hose and power cord. Wish i had read a review that had told me that.

So, this unit stopped draining after 7 days of usage. According to the manual it may have had a control board issue as well. Best Buy was quick to set up an exchange for a new unit. The replacement came a couple weeks later, but given staffing issues this is understandable. And then the 2nd unit failed too. Same problem; stopped draining. This time the unit failed after just FOUR days of usage. Now we'll be asking Best Buy for a refund. If you read Wirecutter - which we should have done - you'll learn that the low-end GE dishwashers have terrible owner ratings. Not sure this model qualifies as "low end". But it certainly deserves a low rating.

No idea if it works - it quit halfway through the trial cycle and shows an error 888 on the first wash attempt. Called geek squad and they said it would take over 35 days for a geek squad member to look at it. I bought it yesterday!!!

Pump just went out after 2 years. Never really cleaned the dishes like previous dishwashers. Very disappointed with this machine. Few options to choose from for portable dishwashers.

Used it probably once a week for less than 2 years and it died. Did everything GE said to do but nothing.

No room for bowls, dish rack for flat dishes only. Hose connection won’t stowe and leaks on the floor . Inside space less than my old one. Not happy at all.
