Terrible customer service
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well I'm paying a month's worth of interest on something that I haven't even received yet, which I think is very wrong. Considering the fact that someone named Jurlene from the warehouse called and left a message saying that my purchase was in the warehouse the day it was supposed to be delivered. I had already rescheduled once online .She also said that I could reschedule for an earlier delivery, but she doesn't know how to answer her phone or return messages. After calling multiple times on different days if she can't answer her phone or return messages how am I supposed to reschedule for an earlier day . Terrible customer service, and it's still going to be another week until I receive my merchandise. Not very happy with best buy

Posted .Hello, thank you for taking the time to let us know about this dishwasher. It is clear how frustrating it would be to have a louder-than-expected dishwasher that does not get your dishes dry, and we are so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused for you. First, we would recommend giving your dishwasher time to vent after the cycle ends. Also, please check that a high-quality rinse aid is being used, and that your inlet water temperature reaches at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit (this can be checked by running the faucet nearest your dishwasher on the highest setting and checking the temperature). More troubleshooting steps to try are on page 20 of the use and care manual, linked here: https://files.bbystatic.com/s%2BR4QnsqrODavwFFsd5j8A%3D%3D/Owners%2BManual - We will also be passing this feedback regarding the sound level to the appropriate teams for review, and we appreciate this insight. Please feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. -Elliot@GEA

cracked tub
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I paid for this dishwasher in August, It was finally delivered and installed in October. First time using it it leaked all over my floor due to a cracked tub. I am waiting for another dishwasher to be delivered, rescheduled once already due to product not available. Hopefully I will have before Christmas. In the meantime I am trying to be grateful that I have running water and am able to hand wash all of my dishes. Things could be worse. I am hoping that I am pleased with the dishwasher when I receive one without a cracked base.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the GE model to anyone.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have only used my new GE 24'' dishwasher twice since having it installed. It is extremely QUIET, does a wonderful and thorough job of cleaning/sanitizing and drying all the contents in the dishwasher. I like the ease of seleting the way I want the DW to function and it handles this very well. I am very HAPPY and PLEASED WITH MY SELECTION OF A GE product. Thank you

Posted .We always strive to provide high-quality and durable appliances, and we know any issue with your dishwasher must be concerning. We want to help. If a part seems to be damaged and you think service is needed, Bodewell (GE Appliances’ team of appliance care experts) can be reached at 833-426-3393. A technician can certainly examine the dishwasher for any issues. As you’re having to zip tie a part, you may want to discontinue use of the appliance until this issue is reviewed; we aren’t able to speak to the safety or reliability of such a set up. If you’d like to discuss this concern further, you’re more than welcome to send us a private message over our GE Appliances social media (such as Facebook or Instagram) with a copy of this review, a picture of the issue and your contact information. We would be happy to look into your situation further. -Sarah@GEAppliances

Third party delivery and installers are terrible
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased an entire kitchen appliance package from Best Buy. Range, microwave /hood, refrigerator, and dishwasher, and I have had nothing but problems with the company and their third person delivery people and installers. Please don't learn the hard way, like I did. Best buy is a good company but their third party contractors are terrible. Use the their third party delivery people and installers at your own risk. Never again.
