Q: Does this dishwasher have a heated dry cycle?
A: Yes, it does. This dishwasher gets my dishes very dry compared to other ones I had. Usually the only water left is a tiny bit on the top of the coffee mugs. Everything gets very clean. I love this dishwasher.

If your bottom spray arm is not spinning, the dishwasher may not be filling with the proper amount of water. If not enough water is entering the dishwasher, check to make sure that the water inlet hose connected to the dishwasher is not kinked. Additionally, not enough water can also occur if your water pressure is low. Dishwashers require 20 to 120 PSI. The water line should be 3/8" O.D. (outside diameter) minimum copper tubing. Using a water line that is too small will restrict proper water flow into the dishwasher. Gifted to parents, love it!
Got this as a gift for my parents. Needless to say their old washer had finally stopped working and this is a great replacement. Easy to use, lots of features and is quiet. And does a great job at cleaning dishes. This was a great buy.

Finally, a third rack designed for use ...
I have had this dishwasher for several months now. It is super quiet. I run it on prodry, heated, top two racks and I havent had a dirty or wet dish yet. At these sttings it does run for a long time but so did my last Kitchenaid. Install was easy. My former kitchenaid dw had a third rack but was useless. This third rack holds a ton of coffee cups, juice cups, kids cups, and I also put my yeti plastic ring tops here. I am most impressed with the upgrade of this uppermost third rack. Its a winner. You wont regret the purchase.
