The only thing I am not happy about is that the third party installer put gashes in my hardwood floor when removing the old dishwasher. Other than that we are happy with the product.

You must also run Dry Boost if you don't want to open the dishwasher to a wet mess. The bottom rack doesn't roll very smoothly, and the dishwasher only holds about 2/3 the amount of dishes that our old Kenmore did. Our plastic cooking utensils come out with a white film on them even when we use Jet Dri.

It worked really nice with very quiet operation. The installation was typical of a dishwasher just like others I've installed in the past. So far, I am happy with the purchase.

We used it for a week and was not impressed. The front panel is thin, it feels like a soda can. The dishes came out wet after each use. And yes we used a rinse aid. I would be upset and disappointed if I bought the dishwasher for my primary home.

(I usually wash dishes by hand). The machine was quiet, efficient, and good value for the price.
