The technician, Danny, was professional, expedited everything quickly but with accuracy, he did an excellent job! I was thrilled that my dishwasher was delivered so quickly! Best Buy has their act together and the Total Tech team gives great service. I'm so pleased everything is perfect with my dishwasher.

My new GE dishwasher is excellent. I had to get close to hear if it was working or not, that’s how quiet it is.

We love our dishwasher. The dishes are clean and sanitized. It will come in handy when we host Thanksgiving.

Functionally and aesthetically it’s great, but the open-box excellent rating is still supposed to include hardware. It didn’t have the brackets to secure it to the countertop, the moulding for the sides, or the adjustable feet. It gets everything clean and is easy to wipe down the exterior.

Not on the installer's checklist, we found a problem with our new dishwasher. A support arm for the top racks is not secured correctly, a factory problem ? Anyway, can't get fixed for a week. Seems wrong to me.

After a Geek personnel came in with suggestions like, raise up hot water temperature setting by one notch, use special power detergent and rinse detergent, now I can wash dishes clean.

Replaced an old white dishwasher with this one. I love the sleek look and it's very quiet.

Extremely effective cleaning, Not too loud. High capacity for bowls, plates, flatware and other washable items. easy to input desired settings and to remove accidentally placed settings from the display to avoid mistakes. Looks good in the kitchen, too.

I absolutely love this dishwasher! The bottle nets was the final deal maker for me! Cleans great, and efficiently!

I’m happy with the dishwasher. However the installation wasn’t done correctly and it leaked water. The installer tried to tell me the plastic plug pieces were not needed (why would GE include them in installation kit if they are not needed?). Once I ordered the parts myself and popped them in place the leaking stopped. Hard to believe a professional installer would not know to install these plugs.

Cleans dishes really well. Not as quiet as I thought it would be. easy install. Save your old power cord and water connection fitting. You'll need them. Looks nice, and the top buttons make this dishwasher look like it cost's a lot more than it does. You won't be disappointed.

Overall pretty good dishwasher. The only problem I’ve had is that if a dish is blocking the sensor in the front of the dishwasher it doesn’t work

We bought this in Feb 2022, under the Best Buy Total Tech Plan. After a few months it had a control panel issue. It took weeks to diagnose, get the parts and fix. Fast forward to spring 2023, SAME ISSUE. Bad control panel, weeks to diagnose and fix. I think it was 5 or 6 trips out that time for the repair person to get it working again. Now, it's June 2024. SAME ISSUE AGAIN! Dishwasher won't run. It's not the filter, or water, or electricity. The washer says it's starting and then shuts down. Best Buy Total Tech wants $90 to even come look at the washer, which I guarantee will need extensive repairs again. Not worth it. Do not buy this product if you value your money.

Love that the handle is recessed on this dishwasher! The stainless steel helps keep it clean! Love it!

I bought this dishwasher to replace the old one. I like it because it is reasonable price and good brand.

Washes the dishes, dry only works on BOOST, sounds like an airplane engine and has cheap parts. I will be returning it...if I can figure out how since BBuys site STINKS!

We are very satisfied with this dishwasher. It does a good job, looks great, and is quieter than I thought it would be.
