First 2 units did not work when installed. Amazingly enough when the replacement units showed up they both started working... also the plastic wheels seem to fall off often. Other than that it works fine I guess.

I love the look, the features. Delivery was fast and easy. I haven't been able to use it much yet.

The washer cleans, however the wheels on the lower rack keep coming off.

Terrible bottom rack!! Wheels are constantly falling off, 1 of the wheels melted, it was delivered with wheels missing. Looks great from the outside, super quiet, nice stainless steel inside but the bottom rack and wheel design kills it!! For this amount of money, you should get what you pay for! But instead, I overpaid and not happy. Going to BB and ordering a better brand!!

Machine itslef is good. Worthy of 4-5 stars. I had it installed June 2,2022 by BestBuy. Today, June 7,2022 it started dumping water out of the front bottom left. Best Buy "service" department is getting 0 stars for their handling of this situation. If my leg wasn't in a cast i would have installed and repaired ot myself. Now im at the mercy of someone else. They tell me that no one can come oit until the 10th. I work as an HVAC&R technician and i cant fathom telling a customer we wont get out for 3 days on a new installed piece of equipment that is shooting water on their floors. Not good best buy or geek squad. This is why customers leave. Overall the dishwasher is great. Sadly it looks like they have a design issue and manufacturing issue with the drainage but it is easily field repaired, IF someone comes out to do it.

Dishwasher was installed quickly with no issues. So far so good it is working fine.

The dishwasher cleans the dishes well. The dishes are well dried.

We love this dishwasher its is very quiet, no 3rd row tray which gives more space for bigger utensils also it has a extra boost to wash bottles and other deeper utensils. very sturdy and great quality.

This dishwasher is a piece of JUNK! We had it installed last week and worked for 2 days- now we turn it on and it automatically shuts itself off and the bottom is full of water and we have to wait 2 WEEKS for a repairman to come which means we have to take another day off work- STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Cleans dishes so much better then old one even has special jets to clean bottle etc. store clerk was very helpful. We had to return Samsung which quit working after a year, we are very happy with GE appliance.

Leaked from the beginning. Super small leak out of the front corners. Best But is great and tried everything to fix it. GE agreed to take it back. Sad that GE quality is not what it use to be.

The product is good, it was the install. The door will no longer shut properly. Tried to leverage support with my tech membership and seems that is even more difficult to navigate. I was warned in buying expensive items from BBY, should have listened.

Very quiet operation and ease of use for this machine.
