I guess I asked the wrong questions:(! They should have told me that the shortest cycle takes 3 hrs. I was most disappointed that I couldn't return it!:( I missed the deadline by 4 days. GE and Best Buy were not understanding at all. Now I'm stuck with it..............

When we unboxed it we found broken parts laying in the bottom. Since it went over the 14 days Best buy referred me to the GE repair for a warranted repair. It's been installed for 10 days and I still haven't washed one dish. Lesson learned; don't buy your appliances until you're ready to install them.

Looks great, was quiet, great features, however when I went to start it for the third time, the lights flashed on and off for a few seconds and then it just died. Nothing. Worst or best part is that Best Buy doesn't have it in stock anymore so I had to go with another model.
