Best buy has been here twice to "fix it" and it still will not clean dishes. Bust buy replaced all parts on the inside still wont clean. Will never buy ge dishwasher again. Dont buy it!

Posted .Thanks for sharing your concerns. To ensure the best wash and dry performance, the incoming water temperature must be a minimum of 120°. We encourage you to check the water temperature using a candy or meat thermometer placed in a cup. Turn the hot water on at the sink closest to the dishwasher and allow it to run into the cup until the temperature stops rising. Adjust your water heater if needed. We also encourage you to review the instructions online for cleaning the drain filter, filter plate and spray arm. The bad...it is not configurable beyond a few adjustments. For example the cutlery bin only goes in one way and is one large piece. This wastes space unless it is filled up. The ugly...the design of the cutlery bin requires one to handle the dirty end of the fork, spoon, etc.

Box was not damaged. Must of been from the Factory
