Please take my word for it, for all kinds of practical reasons this is not a dishwasher worth buying - design flaw after design flaw in terms of loading it and then it doesn't clean dishes well. GE should be embarrassed. And don't get me started about having Best Buy Geek Squad install it. It has been a nightmare experience and once you have paid to have it installed, etc. you're stuck with it. If I had it to do over again, I would have purchased a different brand from a different store.

When I attempted to operate it, it was defective and does not work. Now, the product is on backorder and unavailable for another 20 days. Best Buy offered no resolution.

I love the sleek look it gives from the outside, but I keep bumping them with my leg when I'm loading or unloading or accidentally touching something when I'm closing the door. Nothing results except some beeping; I'm sure I'll adjust. I don't love the covers on the utensil basket designed for you to put each utensil into its own little slot. I'm trying them out, but so far it just seems like a pain. I'll probably open up that grid on top (glad they made that an option) so I can toss in a small handful at a time as I'm used to. It's very quiet and very easy to select the delay feature so you can have it come on in the middle of the night if you want to. I love that you can choose a top-rack or bottom-rack cycle, and the bottle jet feature is great.

Posted .Hi there. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review but hate to hear that your dishwasher isn’t drying well. There are several factors that go into the drying process. Water entering the dishwasher should be between 120 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit for the best wash and dry performance. Make sure that your dishes are not touching and that you’re using the available heat options on your dishwasher. Lastly, rinse aids should be used because they promote drying. You ca put small things in there and not have to worry about them flying out. The heated drying also works very well.
