Nice dishwasher for the price. Very quiet and cleans and drys well

Easy to use, efficient, still running great! I bought it in 2020 and I'm looking at it on the Best Buy web site now in 2024 because I'm going to recommend it to a friend and I wanted to get the model number. I was super happy with the installation service too. I like being a Best Buy member. Takes away all the decision making process on whether or not to buy the extended warranty.

Numerous issues in the past 2 years of using it. In a few months: 1. Border of the controls came out. 2. Dishes remained dirty after wash. 3. The white nobs at the bottom rear started leaking. They just became loose over the period 4. The black tube came off from inside. 5. The soap holder got stuck several times. Never had such issues with my previous GE dish washers. BestBuy GeekSquad people are very nice but did not have good experience fixing issues. The last time they sent the original GE mechanic but he was unable to troubleshoot the issue. We were asked to troubleshoot the issue which we did and GE person came back and tightened the nobs. But he did not screw back the black plate in the front. Not sure why and nothing was communicated neither BestBuy cared to follow up if the service went fine. Overall very unhappy with GE and BestBuy GeekSquad protection. I would recommend buying your appliance from HomeDepot or such and not GE.

Very quiet. Low volume chime when cycle is done. Like bottle washers for tall items. Although no third rack for utensils, there are two partial side racks on the top which works great. Dishes clean well with pods.

The lower rack front wheels fall off when the rack is opened. Once they fell off when the rack was closed and went through a wash cycle, fusing to the heat element. The uprights for plates are too far apart to hold small plates/saucers. The wire spacing in the upper rack are too far apart to hold small juice glasses upright. We are returning this dishwasher. Poor quality and function, but it cleans dishes OK.

Bought this to replace a Bosch. It has proven to be a sound decision.

Purchased in November 2022. We haved owned this for 8 months. I will start by saying i did not need a dishwasher. I was purchasing a GE fridge and wanted our last of our appliances to match so we decided to get this one to have all stainless steel appliances. It was a great price, but even with that, i would take our 15 year old dishwasher back in a heartbeat. This is overall, cheaply made. The bottom rack is not on any track really and moves like crazy everytime....a pain! Then the utensil rack that is suppose to latch on, keeps getting caught on the rubber seal every.single.time. i now just permanently keep the rack not latched (an okay solution....but this should never have been an issue). Also, i was using a liquid detergent and filling only halfway but the latch sometimes wouldnt open during the cycle (i was told it was my fault for adding too much soap, maybe?) So to buy the pids and throw them in the bottom (another solution that works, but shouldnt have been an issue in the first place). The top rack is also flimsy and there are these extra fold down racks that dont know what they want to do and they constantly are in the way, not staying up when they are suppose to. Just disappointed as i really dont buy anything new as we just dont have extra money to be throwing out. I wish i would have taken the chance on a used marketplace dishwasher and not gone this route.

Got this 2 days ago and ready to go back to a mag tag. Controls are hard to work, to shut of delay you have to recycle through them all and then you come to a number that means nothing sensible. Manual is sparse and not helpful. Takes to long to run through a cycle. The first one we purchased didn’t work, so this is the second. Hate it!

In March of 2022 water started coming from the ceiling in my laundry. I tracked it to the dishwasher. I was lucky, I opened the ceiling and got it dry and did not have cabinet damaged. Others have not been so luckily. I tracked the leak to a rubber elbow on the wash pump. Went to order a new rubber eblow only to find out that GE only sells the elbow as part of the wash pump service kit (WD19X25700). If you check out GE's page for that part you'll see MANY people have the same issue with this machine and others that use this design. The wash pump vibrates and weakens the rubber elbow over time. Eventually (typically after warranty period) the elbow gets stress fractures and begins a slow leak. One day it will just let loose and flood. I chose to patch the elbow myself (instead of buying an wash pump that I don't need) using flex seal and reinforcing the part with nylon cord. This took me way too much time and got me 7 months of no leaks. This week, the elbow has broken by the hose clamp. No way I can patch it again. I found out because put a leak sensor under the machine after the flood. Other than the rubber elbow, I really like this dishwasher. It cleans well, drys well, and is easy to keep clean.

We had problems with this regularly not draining and not finishing the cycle. The circuit board went bad in 2 years outside of Warranty. Had to spend $1100 to replace it

Cleans and drys well, but tranfers 25 degrees to granite counter (100.5 degrees) and is very loud! There are many better dishwashers.

DON’T GET! Had for leas than 3 years and motor failed costing over $400, I will have to get an entirely new dishwasher that is NOT GE! I called GE and all they could do is offer a link to their discount store.. laughable.. as if I want to continue to put more money into their failing products!

Stopped working about a month after the warranty was up. Motor is an impossible part to find.
