Only downside is that it is very heavy to move around. Especially if you have an upstairs. If it is intended to stay in one room, it is a good purchase. Cools extremely well and quickly!

It is very well made, with high grade materials, and I expect that a higher btu unit would do the job better. Great portable AC unit for a good price. Noise level is bearable, not loud and it cools very quickly.
