Difficult to install window bracket but once I installed bracket air conditioning works fine. I ordered online and nothing was shown or mentioned about the window bracket!

I mean, seriously, how could you spoil the hose? It's a terrible design, falling apart from the connector. Why do I want to return this good air conditioner just because of the hose? I'm mad.

This AC System works well, I just thought it would cool the room a bit more. Also, the swing function doesn't have the same range of motion as the first day I got it. Maybe defective? But dealing with the manufacturer is just frustrating.

the portable AC unit works well but hose popls out of window guard - poorly designed - I may have to try to tape it to get it to stay in - not sure if that will work or not - seems like considering this problem the unit is overpriced

My office is 120 square feet, and I have the unit sitting 8 feet away from my desk. It is nice and cool about 3 feet around the machine, but any further away and you won't feel any affect. Also mine didn't come with any foam strips for keeping the outside air out, so you will have to deal with insulation issues unless you buy your own foam to seal it.

I bought this almost a month ago so I feel like that's too little time for this machine to fail. It doesn't get closer than 74 degrees. The room its in is about 200 sq. ft. Doesn't do that well and also very leaky.

I’m using this for a home office and it works very well. It is quieter than another unit we owe which is nice during conference calls.

This was just what we need to save ourselves when our AC unit went out. It was easy to set up and we had 1 cold room in our house.

I purchased this for a friend who is recovering from surgery and has a house that was built in the 90's without air conditioning.

Works great for a normal room, i had no complaints what so ever and it really did keep my room at 68 with ease

Overall good unit but only for a small well insulted room very quite and on the smaller side compared to other units.

Thermostat not the greatest. Trying to cool 100 sq ft room and honestly taking too long. Used everyday since early June, still no indication of internal water tank being full.

I’ve had it for exactly 2 years now and it just stopped blowing cold air ! I clean the filters often so not sure what went wrong !

I got one of this before from different brand and was very noisy. I really like this one. And is very easy to used

First time i used the portable airconditioner and I'm very satisfy because of the clean, cool air that fanning out.

Well this unit didn't get the room cold or even suck the moisture out. Works great for AC in the closet. But, yes will be returning this one...

Great unit for my room..only drawback is vent pipe is too small to stay in the window slider..had to tape it fast

This wasn’t my first choice in AC units but rather it was what I could find available. As such, it did not surprise me when the unit failed to properly cool a room 100sq ft smaller than the advertised 250. There are much more powerful units on the market for only $40 more in some case. So if you have the option to wait for a better one, I suggest taking it.
