It’s a very nice refrigerator inside. The refrigerator is huge a lot of door space and I like having the icemaker in the freezer. I am very happy with it and GE has always been good products.

We first purchased a differed brand refrigerator of the same design. The issue with that one was the only way you could stand up a gallon of milk in it, was in the door, or to remove one of the shelves. This one is almost the same except one half of one of the shelves slides back allowing you to put a limited amount of taller things on the shelf. The shelves have set positions and you can't just put put them at any level, like you used to be able to. I'm not sure why manufacturers are going to this design, cost I suppose. Also, the handle on the freezer is just that, a handle. It's not a latch, which the other refrigerator freezer handle was. In other words, on the other model, when you went to open the freezer, you raised the handle and it unlatched the freezer, whereas on this one, you just pull and it opens. It just doesn't seem as secure. It does have an internal water dispenser, which I like, an an ice-maker and alarm if you don't close the door securely.

So far very happy with the refrigerator. Has a lot of space and makes great ice!!

I carefully shopped for and chose this refrigerator for my small home. I LOVE IT! I had read previous reviews and find their complaints are NOT mine. Icemaker is not noisy. Interior water access is perfect when a simple straw is attached to access more easily. Interior space is well lit, well proportioned, and very adequate. I encourage shoppers to recognize GE is still building good appliances, and I expect a long life with few problems ahead for this refrigerator. I’m love my new refrigerator. The gallon size doors are nice. Having the ice in the freezer is a plus. My last refrigerator was a Lg that lasted for 15 years so I was kind of hesitant on this brand. But it’s great. I purchased an additional warranty so we’ll see . Today everything is not meant to last so don’t overthink the process of buying a new one.

I love this refrigerator. The amount of space is crazy! It comes with so much compartments to put all your condiments or even drinks because it's that spacious. The freezer also is huge and has a bunch of different compartments for storing. The ice maker does store lots of ice it takes about 2-3 days after turning it on to fill completely.

It’s a lot of money now a days for a fridge. It’s alright. The only complaints I have is any two liter soda or gallon jugs have to be put in the door as the selves leave one too short to fit anything no bigger than a sour cream can. Everything else seems fine. Pretty big ice box. I do like the ice cube tray. Makes getting ice fast, and it makes plenty of it. Super helpful when filling a cooler with ice. Just open the door and take the tray out and 30 seconds later done. Door handles have become a bit loose after a year, but not a huge issue.

A lot of space inside. Way more than our previous Thermador and even the LG of similar outside dimensions. The only observation after about a month of ownership is that it is louder than the other two predecessors. It's acceptable, but clearly noticeable where the two previous ones you basically didn't hear. We are trying the GE because our LG had a compressor failure after 4.5 years and the repair estimate was 60% of a new one.

This is a nice refrigerator. It fits my kitchen well. Items stay cold and/or frozen. Adjustable temperature controls are excellent and the display is accurate. Interior is well lit.

This fridge is spacious and keeps food cold. I have separate theremometer inside and the fridge keeps the temp at 37 degrees. Love the sleek look without the ice maker on the front. A repairman I know advised me to never buy a fridge with the ice maker in the refigerator as it can cause issues and shorten the lifespan of the appliance. The ice maker in the freezer section makes alot of ice and does not take up too much room. Mine is not noisy as others have posted and so far it has been a great upgrade from the old one it replaced. Very happy with purchase.

This fridge is everything I expected! It has a hidden water compartment and it’s perfect for the kids

Love this large refrigerator and water on inside door. Only issue is where you turn on/off ice maker it’s in the back of lower freezer and hard to reach for elderly or someone with short arms. Lol

Very spacious interior and sleek design. The shelving is durable and spill-resistant. I've only had issue with the internal water filtration that it's not completely filtered, the water still tastes like tap even after dispensing 5 gallons after installing new filter. The ice maker is quick and easy to use, however, our product was missing the ice scooper, and the turbo cool option for the freezer helps with freezing melted ice cream quicker. Good quality appliance and doors are light and easy to swing open and close.

Its nice looking, but we have had problems with noises and not making enough ice. GE is the only brand i recommend but they need to make some changes to make their products long lasting like the past.

Quite noisy for use in a townhouse or condo. Lots of storage space -- not even using all the space that is available!!
