Was totally impressed with the visit by the Best Buy Tech who came to the house and made sure it was right for us. It looks like the internal ice maker will make more ice and cause less trouble than the through the door icemakers I've had in the past.

My wife and I wanted to get a French Door Refrigerator and this one fit right in our budget.

Previously I had a Profile that I really liked, and it lasted over 20 years. I expect the same performance with this fridge. My only disappointment is the interior design. I miss a couple of extras I had with my Profile. However, I am very happy with this fridge.

We needed it to replace an old garage refrig so got one without the ice dispenser and not counterdepth (which we have in the house). The amount of space inside is amazing. Perfect for extra storage of beverages and dishes at the holidays or for entertaining.

They called the day of during the window of delivery telling me they would not be delivering it that day due to weather. Which was a light sprinkle. They told me the next available delivery date was 7days away. I explained to them I have children and wasn't sure what they expected me to do with no fridge considering I preordered in advance so this didn't happen. Best buy did not care. I had to rent a U-Haul and pay other people to haul it into my house. No that's RIDICULOUS. Horrible, horrible service. Not reliable at all. Then when I went into the store to complain the person mentioned the delivery people weren't back for the night yet so my fridge was still on their truck.... meaning they were STILL OUT DOING deliveries, but mine didn't get delivered. Isn't that funny!! The sprinkling rain apparently didn't stop them. But them running late at another house sure did. Not my problem. They should of stayed later and delivered my fridge that I scheduled in advance. Get better delivery workers Best Buy. Absolutely unexceptionable.

With the ice maker in the freezer, there’s much more room in the fridge. The ice maker produces tons, more than keeps up with a family of five. Totally happy so far.

A bit disappointed in the quality, but I guess you get what you pay for. The shelves are not as sturdy as I would like and the water dispenser inside is kind of cheap, but again for the price we are satisfied.
