Died after 2 years. No warranty coverage.

Because this is not a Profile or Cafe model, no warranty coverage. Called GE and they confirmed there is no exception. Would be responsible for the service call, parts and labor. This exact model is available new for less than the cost of those things combined. I will never buy a GE appliance again.

Finally and about time

Very courteous and customer friendly. Product is as advertised and we love it.

Excellent product

Lots of drawers and room once set up. Ice dispenser isn't full functioning due to water line problem, waiting for plumber to repair main line but getting enough ice for our needs.

GE-27. cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator

Both doors and the lower freezer are very convenient. It makes sense to have the freezer on the lower part of the refrigerator-freezer as colder air is more dense than warmer air.

I was worried the freezer wouldn't be big enough but it has exceeded our expectations. Our last fridge was counter depth so I was worried this would stick out too much but I can barely notice the difference. Very pleased.
