The shelves were not appropriate. The bind had lines inside. The water line inside will take more energy as the fridge will stay open while filling the glass also the spout does not have enough space to fill the jug of water

Had a small broken part on a shelf. I called about it and a new one is being sent out. Everything is working good and no leaks with the ice/ water. The installation crew did a great job. I hope there are no problems in the future!

When the fridge is running it is very loud and makes a grinding noise at times. I returned the first fridge I ordered and the second one delivered did the same exact thing. Do not but this fridge. The door handles also easily come off.

Also dont like the ice maker controls being so far back. One has to literally get down on the floor to reach them.
