Three days after installing it theres a bad clicking sound. Not sure whats up yet. It only does it 5 or 6 times and stops before i can get to it.

I will never buy appliance from there again.they took alot of time to do anything

It refrigerates and freezes, but is unreliable, unpredictable and can't withstand the test of time. Buyer Beware -- it has been a little over a year since I purchased this. It was serviced a few times the first year for a freezing problem. Some part was exchanged out as it was thought to be the problem. Happened again recently. Now it turns out there are different parts that need replacement. Seems Best Buy Total Care doesn't want to comply with the terms of their agreement and I don't have extended coverage with GE, so we'll see how the repairs go.

The shelving inside the refrigerator is of poor quality. It is not durable. Definitely can't put a large t of stew on the shelf's. Not impressed. Our last refrigerator was a Samsung and the shelves were thicker and very sturdy.

Second time around with this refrigerator. Last one lasted 1 year and 1 day. Yes 1 day out of warranty. Took a bath on repurchase GE no help.

Let me start by saying best buys customer service, i stall service, and delivery service are all a joke. We had ordered this fridge ti be delivered and installed. Delivery was auick, however the installers stated i didnt have the equipment required for installation, I bought the install kit... They left the new fridge outside on my porch and refused to take it back. I asked then why and they stated that if they took it, i woulsnt receive the fridge ir receive a refund for a few months as it takes that much time to process. I rented a truck to return the refrigerator to the store and asked for a refund as the whole krdeal was a joke. I'm going to ourchase my appliances from lowes or home depot.

GE products are the worse. I got my house 4 years ago and bought GE products because they were supposed to be reliable. I got this fridge and a washer. Good thing i got extended warranty for the washer so they are supposed to fix it or replace it after breaking down on me in the middle of a cycle. The warranty process has been a nightmare btw. I had problems with this fridge (expensive) just a little over a year after i got it. I was lucky they did an exception for the warranty since for that one I didn’t get extended warranty. I feel like they make them unreliable on purpose.

refrigerator was in demo mode which no one mention and i end up with all my food go bad and Samsung came after 10 days to fix

Bought this refrigerator in November 2022. The compressor went out this week, making this $2k purchase last less than 2 years. Pitiful.

Nice fridge, but need to be replaced a year after use. So far so good after the replacement. BestBuy was good, GE not so much.

Best Buy delivery dropped the unit unboxed in my garage. I was told I had to pay for “Installation” an additional $179 charge to have the unit unboxed and plugged in. I was NOT having a water line installed or an ice maker hooked up…just unboxed and plugged in. I schedule a 2nd service to have the unit “installed and the service people said they should have done that on the original delivery. Needless to say, wasted 2 trips to the house and and unneeded $179. Lazy and poor customer service. Shame on you Best Buy…or should I say “worst buy”!

I would give this refrigerator zero if I could. Entirely too noisy. Returned the first one because of the noise. The second one delivered was just as noisy as the first one. I returned the second one too. No more GE refrigerators for me.

Beauty bad fridge, Doors don't seal properly, noisy freezer fan. Doors don't close (is necessary push to hard) Noisy External fan. The worst, using for 6 weeks only; I bought brand new. NOT RECOMENDED

Totally defective design. The shelves are made of plastic and glass, cheap plastic and glass.... so the shelf that moves back and forth bows and if you put anything heavy on it, it will collapse. The worst design flaw (and it seems to be a common problem GE refuses to fix) is that the doors sweat at the seal. You will wake up to a puddle of water in front of your fridge every morning. Stay away from this one.

Loud! This refrigerator is very loud and its giving me anxiety

I am pleased with my new 27.0 cu. Ft. French door refrigerator with internal water dispenser! It has enough room for my family.

The worst experience and customer service. Fridge was delivered damaged, scratched where handles were put on - went into store to show pictures discuss issue, told to call a phone number - after calling was spoken to with the most disrespectful and spoken down to by a representative who assured me there was no escalation process and had to go back to the store. What a joke!

$1500 for 27cubit feet is a great deal. Dont need external water dispenser. Rather have more internal fridge space.
