    Extremely noisy equipment. Very bad manufactured. I can hear all kind of noises away from the fridge.

      Hey there, thank you for the honest feedback. We first want to apologize your refrigerator is noisier than expected. We understand how this could be a let down and we definitely want better for your ownership experience. We're happy to share your review with our product team for them to look into as well, but we also wanted to mention that modern refrigerators have new features and are more energy efficient than older ones. The foam insulation used in new models has excellent insulating capabilities and is very energy efficient however it is not as sound absorbent as previously used fiberglass insulation. Hard surfaces such as ceramic tile, vinyl or hard wood floors, walls and kitchen cabinets may make these operating sounds more noticeable. As a result, certain sounds may be unfamiliar on a new refrigerator at first. These sounds are normal and are usually an indication that the refrigerator is operating properly.     Hands down one of the best fridges we have owned my kids love the ice maker and the water is good too it stays nice and cold. Storage is amazing and we love a feature it has where you can slide shelves and move them for different storage heights

    Have had many issues with it since I got it service guy said it was not able to be repaired gave me case number to call GE to get replacement and it being November 4 2024 item was purchased may20 2024 with 12 month factory warranty GE says they can see it was purchased in May but wants proof and tried to say it was out of warranty

    Freezer door comes off

    The freezer door handle comes off when you try to open the freezer. Best Buy replaced the handle and it still pops off, but they will not let me return the refrigerator, even though it is covered under my Total Tech membership.

    Defective seals - repeated probem

    Unbelievably we have now had two deliveries of this product both have seal issues causing frost layer to occur in freezer. Best Buy has been willing to replace but what a hassle to empty it all out, wait around all day. Etc. - looked at consumer reports. Going to go with LG, the only one scoring in the 80’s for under $3K.

    I would nor recommend this one. After one year the temp sensor and the main board were malfunctioned. Geek Squad team tried three times over the course of 3 months to order the new parts and it did not go through. The ice maker broke after that. They arereplacing it with another brand now!

    Ok product, inside water dispenser is not cold and is poorly placed. The big problem is CUSTOMER lack of SUPPORT. I was 30 days from the price adjustment as a 'Total' member. The rep, Aaron was horrible. Would not do a gift card even for the price difference. I would apply to a TV. He said , no. I told him we will not shop at Best Buy again. HORRIBLE customer service from him.

    Fridge failed within less than 2 weeks and GE tells me I have to wait 3 more weeks before they can schedule a tech to come diagnose the failure.. that is unacceptable..

    Ice falls behind the ice machine all the time. the water that comes out of the side takes forever to fill your water bottle. The Best Buy team messed up the order and had to come back because they broke the freezer handle.

    I bought this refrigerator in July 2023 and less than 2 years later it’s not working. This was to replace a terrible Samsung fridge.

    Nice fridge, stopped working in 6 days and lost everything in the fridge and freezer. Contacted Best Buy about issue and was told to fill out a form to get money back for food, hopefully they will help me out.
