The installers were a different story. They were rude. Disrespectful. Refused to finish the job by leveling the fridge or setting it up properly . They left trash all over my kitchen and damaged a cabinet. My problem is mostly with how we were treated by Best Buy not the product.

Best Fridge Ever

I spent months weighing my options, and I love the amount of useable space in both top and bottom compartments. I was worried that the 27..0 Cu Ft. would be too small, but it is so well designed, I can fit more in it than my large fridge that I had before. The cold water spigot in the door frame is a great idea! The icemaker doesn't take up an inordinate amount of space in the freezer! The inside sliding shelf comes in handy for those large bottles that won't fit anywhere else. The temperature controlled drawers keep my produce perfect for weeks. I LOVE this refrigerator. Woulod purchase again in a flash!

Started making funny noises last night, and not cooling. I would not buy again. They just don’t make things like they used to.

Back to GE from Samsung

Ice Maker is a little more nosier than my old Samsung and refrigerator a little louder when running, but you get use to it. Made switch back to GE from Samsung. Frig has been working great. Fruits and Veggies seem to last longer and drinks get cold at all levels in the doors. Alarm when door open is loud which works when the kids leave it open. I'm happy. Ice Maker works great and water dispenser great for water bottle refills. My last Samsung was nothing but problem after problem. 2 icemaker replacements, 2 fans, 1 recall on defrost pin. I'm giving it 4 stars only because it doesn't seem as sturdy as the trays on the inside.
