    Literally the worst refrigerator I’ve ever owned. The 1st one completely stopped working after 30 days, the 2nd and 3rd one they brought was defective . So how about you give me the $400 for my wasted time of sitting there 3 times for a 4 hour time window

    I am sure it would be a great fridge if it didn’t come damaged to the point it couldn’t be installed. Still do not have the fridge installed.

    So excited to have my new appliances delivered this week! Plugged in fridge ...lights work that's all. Read it takes 24 hours to get cold. NEVER got cold all my freezer food rotten. Called for service waiting 3 days so far am not very hopeful this will turn out well!

      Hello Ososunny - we are very sorry to hear about your refrigerator! This is not what we would expect and we apologize for your inconvenience. Please disconnect power to the refrigerator via the main power supply (normally your home circuit breaker) for a few minutes so as to reset the controls. If this does not help, please check that the temperature controls are set to 37 F for the refrigerator and 0 F for the freezer. We hope this helps! Thanks for providing your feedback!     Refrigerator freezing food

    Refrigerator was delivered March 15th. Love the look! However, have had it serviced on 6/29/17 and again on 7/12/17. Refrigerator is freezing the food. Wanted to make tuna salad yesterday and the celery was frozen along with sour cream and other items. Cannot service until 8/12. This is a huge inconvenience. 3 repairs in less than 5 months is not acceptable.
