Would have given 5 stars but have few issues, the wrapping that frig arrived in was glued in the seals of doors . almost impossible to get all pieces out. also the water dispenser has drip, but since best buy is replacing that door due to scratches hopefully the issue will corrected. NOTE: the frig is rather loud

All in all its a wonderful fridge. We upgraded from a 17 cu ft. to this massive 27.8 and are mostly pleased with its performance. One thing I love about this fridge compared to others is that you don't lose half a shelf inside the fridge for the ice maker or the water filter. Now onto the negatives: Even after adjusting our doors to the maximum level of adjustment, we were never able to get them perfectly lined up the way they should be. This has caused the shelf on the left door to scratch against the right door when we open just the left door. For a two person family, the ice maker struggles to keep up with our ice consumption on a super hot day. I do wish it made ice a little faster or had a "turbo ice" feature that we could turn on to get more ice. We have to try and create a surplus of ice by dumping excess ice into a bucket in the freezer on cooler days in order to make sure we have enough for the hot days. The bottom of the fridge puts off considerably more heat that I would like. Walking past it, you can feel the heat on your feet which worries me that its going to cause long-term damage to cabinets or floors. All in all, its a good fridge. It had the features we wanted, so we can live with the bad.

We love the finish. Fingerprints are hard to notice. The French doors are very hard to open. The top drawer of the freezer is hard to open also. The crisper drawer won't open all the way unless you force it open. The fridge has a lot of space and the cooling works good. It's an ok fridge overall Wouldn't buy it again if we had to do it over.

Not impressed with the quailty or finish on this black slate finish. Looks great, but cane with a small scratch on front of freezer area. Also on top outside edge that is noticeable from front view. Bigger issue is once putting items into and on main shelves in fridge seemed like was poorly built. Apon further inspection thrre are 2 screws that hold center main rack support bracket in place. Top screw is stripped out...loose n falling out of top hole...makes shelves loose n sloopy. Poor design for such expensive long term appliance. Will be returning for amount we spent no reason to except in such poor shape.

Their refrigerator has not stop leaking water or ice until we somehow locked the dispenser . we were to get a new dispenser bar within a week. We are now told it will take a month to get the part. Obviously parts are hard to get. It seems that QC is done by the customer.

Why would you sell a refrigerator without the filter? The filter on this unit is proprietary and used RFID so you cannot find a low cost item. Not happy with that option - wish I had known before purchase. 1 filter was $60! That is extreme in my opinion. We were stuck getting GE as our new home had all appliances furnished except for the Refrigerator.

Unable to provide a honest review or recommendation as I have not received the refrigerator yet. Purchased 1/30/24 but will not be delivered until 4/5/24.

The water filter portion of this refrigerator stopped working in the first three months. We had to have the filter replaced but that didn’t help. Other than that it’s OK

Manual shows drawer with cover. Every fridge I've owned had the cover "butter" container on the door. This one shows in manual but didn't come with one. Called Best Buy no help except that the one on the show room floor doesn't have one either.

Can’t rate it yet. It’s not going to be delivered until November 13,2020. So I can’t say one way or the other. Hope I like it if I do then I will rate again

The refrigerator works well. It does not come with an area to keep butter. The generic instructions show one on the door on this model its not included For what this product costs it should be.

Seems like a frivolous feature but I have always had a nightlight. Would be 5 stars with that.

I loved this fridge at first but after less than 24 hours the control panel stopped working and the freezer light continues to stay on, I hope it's just a bad fridge from the factory as I'm getting a replacement. If no problems with the new one I will change my review & opinion of the refrigerator.

Floor model purchase. Had to return due to issues. Best buy worked to get me a comparable refrigerator at a moderate cost.

But the merchandise was dented worse and paint worn off handles. Still waiting on other handle.

Fridge is very loud! Can hear compressor humming and is extremely annoying. Not sure if this is normal or if we have a lemon. For what we paid sure was not expecting this.

We have had this fridge for only 3 1/2 years and now we have to buy another one because our warranty was up in 3 years from Best Buy. We should have bought the 5 year warranty. The freon was bad or ran out. And there was some water/liquid when we opened the back. Of course it’s not covered under the compressor warranty. Get the warranty!
