I love the slide out shelf - wish there were 2. The design is really nice and you can control with an app including alerts when it's reached it's preheat temp. Only negative I would give it is the time it takes to warm up

So, we purchased this oven for an existing place. The oven was short and BBY told us that there would be a plate to cover the gap. After numerous rounds of talks, fights and picture sharing, we were told that GE suggested that such plates were just not there and we would need to spend extra money from our pocket to get the plate. This happened after 6+ months... BBY was not as cooperative at times and of course, the whole experience left a bad taste since it brought into question the "knowledge" factor that BBY boasts about. No doubt, the oven is a good piece of technology and work

We had originally purchased a GE oven from a well-known home improvement place and after two years the oven through a F 97 error and then the trouble begin. Needless to say after a month of their service people coming out they decided to just replace it with a new oven however didn’t tell us that they weren’t going to install it after we had already paid to have this oven installed. After some back-and-forth and looking around we decided to go to Best Buy and see what they had and ended up more Pleased with the service in the installation that going forward we will buy all of our major appliances from Best Buy as opposed to any other home-improvement establishment

Replaced a 40 year old 27" inch GE over with this GE model. Very easy to install. Neighbor helped me remove the old oven and lift up this new over since it is quite heavy. Easy to use. I love the wifi capabilities and using the remote app. My only wish is that both ovens were convection, but having only the top is fine since that is the one we use more often. It does take about 20 minutes to preheat though, I thought my 40 year old oven was quicker but that could have been because of the smaller interior space on the older ovens. Even though the same 27" width, this oven interior is so much bigger that I got new baking pans. I have had good luck with GE appliances in the past and I hope this one continues down that same path.

Recently purchased. Heats extremely well and throughout. What use to take me an hour to cook, now takes half the time- with all around cooking. Takes a bit of time to preheat, but it’s not something that bothers me. Still love the oven.

Was surprised the install with minor modification to the cabinet cost $200.

The temps are precise. Better give it thirty minutes to warm up to cooking temp. A fair appliance. Not great. The key pad is a bit bewildering.

We are delighted with these ovens. They heat fast and evenly. Their simple, sleek design look great in our kitchen. While I installed them myself, the delivery guys were great.

I am really loving this oven. It cooks like a dream, and I have no problem removing things because of how the doors drop down.

I used the oven for the first time yesterday. It took 10+ minutes to preheat. That is ridiculous!! And, it's very loud.

So far do good. Appearance is great and the oven looks to be built for the long haul. I am happy with the purchase.

I really like this oven so far, its new so I don't know if there will be any future issues, but for now, its great.

Looks great! Love the oven, but the racks are a little stiff.

I bought it to replace my 20 year old black GE wall oven which was not working. I could find this steel one at a good price as compared to other stores. Installer did a good job of removing and installing the new one in less than an hour. It actually did not fit due to very small mismatch but he was able to trim wooden cabinet and installed without causing any damage.

This is a great oven with convection capacity. We had not had a new oven in over 17 years. All the cooking we have done since March and COVID we needed another one. The men that came to install it were very helpful and pleasant. They hauled our old oven to the curb and took care of that chore. Great experience overall, we love BESTBUY! Thank you!
