It takes forever to preheat! 27 minutes to 450 degrees & 18 minutes to 350 degrees. A pain when you want to spontaneously use the oven. The preheat is even slow when you have 240V. GE needs to fix this!!

It's been more than a month since they were set in place and the replacements still haven't been delivered or installed. RUSHED to get an electrician (at great expense) to get the needed electrical line installed prior to the delivery date - unnecessarily !

When you call, they say one thing to placate you and send a contracted company out that doesn't know its left foot from its right foot. Finally had the oven uninstalled and taken back. Now I am left with a mess of a hole they made.

No food or food residue was in the oven, it was brand new and clean when it happened. Our local fire department investigated and said one of the heating elements of the upper oven had burned through causing the fire.
